First of all , I was surprised that elevators is not working your room is on the second floor . The toilet did not flush. the tv , you must use your cable , Netflix , YouTube code to access channels.
fortunately, the staff members was nice and helpful. So, she moved us to another room.

The bed was very comfortable, room was clean, service was nice. The hotel receptionist even called our room to ask if we found the room to be satisfactory - which it was.

Booked on points. Easy check in. I got a room on the top floor. Hello 2003! Not sure the room has been updated in 20 years (but that isn't a big deal for me). The carpets seemed brand new though. The room was very basic. The computer chair was nice! WiFi worked fine for streaming, AC was ice cold. The bathroom was... interesting. The shampoo bottle was not mounted. At least the shower head was VERY high up, good pressure. The bed was kinda firm, pillows decent. I did not use the TV. No noise issues at all. I didn't use the pool or eat the breakfast. They were charging $212 a night which is ludicrous for this level of hotel. Pleasant check out and convenient location.

We stayed at four hotels during our four-night trip. This one was the best, by far. The front desk clerk was fast and friendly. We had an issue with our keycard and she troubleshooted it and was able to fix it so we were good to go the rest of our stay. The room was nice and very clean. We enjoyed the larger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so it isn't as wasteful. Breakfast in the morning had a lot from which to choose - including some packaged items like waffles and breakfast sandwiches, which were yummy. Would stay here again.

The area around the property was fine. I didn’t like the room. It was not cleaned the entire time I was there and I had to request sheets for the bed, toilet paper, towels and throw out the trash. Also, I was supposed to have a room with a double bed pullout sofa and instead it was a single bed pullout sofa. The toilet had an issue that I needed to fix. The staff was friendly.
