A newly carpeted cottage with double bed (with new Serta Comfort Mattress) sleeps 1-2, one new Lazy-Boy fold out double sofa bed sleeps 1-2, new fully equipped oak kitchenette with new tile provides for preparing meals , one bath with shower contains necessities, and a newly carpeted utility room with washer and dryer are available for renters use. Disinfectants Lysol and Clorox products are used for cleaning all kitchenware, bathroom, and laundry items. A wooden deck is available for renter’s use. All silverware, glassware, dishes, serving utensils, cooking utensils, coffee-maker, microwave, refrigerator, small stove and oven, are available. Cottage is in a country setting with wooden deck, patio furniture, and grill. Patio furniture is surrounded by floral borders. Private off street drive and parking spot is available. Cottage is located in a safe neighborhood, situated close to parks and in close proximity to shopping areas.
