This is a newly remodeled ranch that will accommodate a full family with a complete kitchen and dining space for everyone to join! As well there's a good size backyard with a grill for outdoor eating and gatherings.
Two TVs are in the house to make sure there's maximum coverage for game days!
The space
3 bedrooms - 1 king, 1 queen and two bunk sets that have queen on the bottom and twin on top. Also includes a washer and dryer available for guests.
Includes a pack 'n play for infant/toddlers and a booster seat with tray.

Great Communication
Needed accommodations on short notice and in a winter storm...Host (& family) were more than gracious & kind; assisting with technical issues & providing tools to combat the turbulent weather conditions. Communication was quick & easy.

Labor Day Family Stay
Using the extended weekend to travel home throughout the Midwest. This location is simply perfect for all of our needs and in close proximity to our destinations. The Host responded expediently to our messages making it another great stay.

Great house!
We were delighted to find this mid-century modern gem in the middle of a beautiful South Bend neighborhood. We were in town with friends to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The house was nicely decorated, well appointed and provided the perfect haven to catch up with old friends.

Unexpected Event
The Owner is refreshingly easy to communicate with, considerate and prudent. The location is quiet, very clean and enclosed.

Great stay!
Beautiful house that fit my families needs, had 2 small children and 5 adults. Rebecca was so quick to respond with any questions I had. A welcome basket with goodies was such a cute and welcoming touch! It was a great location, would gladly come back to this residence!
