Had a very comfortable stay at TSG aura. Dry bathrooms with a glass partition Breakfast buffet had good spread It has a beach access with a sun rise view point. Room tariff is reasonable. Room has an ethnic look with wooden decor Very peaceful surroundings and has a small play area for kids

I don't agree with the one star reviews for this resort. No, it isn't 5 star but then it isn't claiming to be. It is, instead, a perfectly nice 3 star hotel and quite acceptable for a 1-2 night stay. I was only on Neil Island for 1 night and quite happy with the time that I spent at the TSG. It is right at the end of the island. Go any further and you are in the sea. That means that it is quiet because there is no passing traffic and there is a lovely little beach just beyond the hotel grounds. My room was quite adequate. Big bed, chairs and a small table. There was the usual kettle and tea/coffee supplies. The bathroom was a reasonable size. Although it had a geyser I still struggled a bit getting consistent hot water. As someone else noted there are lots of lights and also lots of light switches and finding the right ones to switch them on and off can be a bit of a challenge. The room also had a nice little deck out the front with table and chairs. The restaurant is pretty standard with a buffet and a la carte menu. The food was average, plentiful and seemed well priced. Overall this is a reasonable place and I would be happy to stay here again.

The worst experience I have ever had. While eating chicken sausages for breakfast, there was a cockroach in it and when I told the staff about it, he said that he will change it for me. Later, when I complained to the manager, he said that he will give you a 15% discount on the bill. I told him that I will write a review. Then he said that if you need anything else, I will fix it. These hotel owners are playing with the lives of people. Think 10 times before going to this hotel.

Not recommended this hotel at all. Only location is good. Maintenance is not at all good. The whole day either plumber or electrician were coming. Food is very very costly and quantity is too less. So many lights are there in the room but switches are hidden.

Cozy n romantically decorated ... Light music at the lawn is unique. The beach with sunrise is just a walk away. Food options at hotel was plenty. The rooms made with bamboo & in antique style were comfortable n neat. Well maintained place - landscape is beautifully designed.

Hi All I enjoyed a lot at my Andam Trip but did biggest mistake by Booking TSG Aura Resort, Neil Island specially mentioning the name of the resort and their respective operations manager.This resort has clean and good rooms but disgusting part on this resort is it's restaurant and bar. Without intimation they are charging additional charges on food and on self service also they are taking service charges. Also GST has been charged ***** with VAT. Being only the player nearby they are hyping things unnecessary. Even after their mistake that manager was not accepting mistake. It's my humble request to all kindly check before going this resort
