Adhvasaha Beach Spa Resort

Property is at a very scenic location, though a bit away (15 km ) from airport and main city. A beautiful shiva temple is there barely 200 meters from the property. This property boasts a breathtakingly scenic location, perfect for spending leisurely hours soaking in the tranquility of the beach. The cottages are well-appointed and comfortable. However, to elevate the overall experience, the management could focus on enhancing their food services, streamlining room service, and providing more attentive and personalized customer care.

Staff were really humble, the food was tasty, and the amenities were very good. This Resort has a sea view and one can watch the sea from their private suite. The only challenge was its bit away from the city center!!

I had stay on dt. 18/2/25 & there was early flight on dt. 19. But in my room geyzer was not working. After complaints they sent one person but he can't do anything. No responsible person available at reception & they sent a security guard to address my complaints. He opened other room but result was same. Also in packaged breakfast they don't provide cut fruits as talked earlier. How can you leave customers on security guards. Poor management. Rooms are also small

Nice location where you can view sunrise. Property is at some height above sea level. Which personally fascinated me. It is at some good distance from port blair. Sea view is fantastic. But don't expect a proper beach. Wooden huts are nicely finished. However in family room wash basin was outside washroom. Which was bit awkward. Staff is courteous. Hiring two wheelers will solve your transportation problem due to distance.

Good: location, near to airport, swimming pool. Average: food & staff behavior poor:no room/food service after 9:30pm and payment daily for everything.

It's a resort property, but it doesn't look like a resort as it has not been properly clean or maintained by the owner. A good property gone to waste. Pros (not many): 1. Breakfast is good, with decent options. 2. The staff is polite. 3. Rooms are acceptable. 4. A good option for families. Cons: 1. The lighting is inadequate. 2. The property is not clean; plastic bottles can be found everywhere. 3. Alcohol is not allowed in the resort, which is disappointing for a holiday resort. Ironically, we found multiple beer cans inside the property. 4. The private beach is dirty, poorly maintained, and there’s no lighting towards the beach area. 5. The rooms are very hot despite having air conditioning. Since they are made of wood, it takes 2–3 hours for the temperature to become bearable. 6. We arrived at 11:15 AM, but as per hotel policy, we had to wait till 12PM as per check-in time. That’s fine, but they only provided the room around 12:15 PM. However, when we asked for a late checkout, they insisted on vacating the room by 9:00 AM. After much persuasion, they extended it slightly. 7. The receptionist couldn’t even arrange a welcome drink for 15 minutes, this is basic thing that every resort provided. 8. The check-in time is late for a resort; most hotels allow check-ins by 10:00 or 11:00 AM, but this one is unnecessarily delayed. 9. The hotel is 20 km from the airport, so you’ll need to add approximately ₹1600 to your budget for transportation.
