Hotel in zona Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral, Sorsogon City

Top rate accommodations. We had a villa suite and it was complete with every amenity to ensure comfort and luxury. The bathroom was very spacious with Roman tub, shower room and toilet plus a large vanity area with his and hers sinks. Nice dining area which already had a table setting for two. King sized bed with a love seat at the foot of the bed and a sofa by the window. Their television system was updated and allowed us the enjoy our Netflix at night. The grounds were well manicured and the pools were beautiful - an infinity pool and a another pool that run through the villas. The service we got from the staff was warm and outstanding. We were pampered by the staff. Meals at the restaurant was delicious. The waiters were very attentive but one waiter Jayson Valdevieso stood out amongst the rest - he made our dinners artistic with his table arrangements and went the extra mile in service. He would recommend delicious authentic Bicolano cuisine and these never failed to delight us. When Jayson learned that I loved ikebana, he created ikebana centerpiece specially for our table from foliage materials that he got from the resort gardens. Misibis Bay Resort is a destination that will not disappoint.

Il condizionamento d'aria si scioglie di notte, e può essere riavviato solo se si alza su una sedia e premendo il pulsante, ma non vi dicono. La mia moglie e io abbiamo sofferto di sovrariscaldamento la prima notte. Per operare la TV richiede premere 2 o 3 pulsanti. La stanza ha una chiave di potenza - una carta plastica che deve essere inserita su una slot per ottenere qualsiasi energia elettrica. Ho dovuto chiedere a un membro del personale di connettersi telefonicamente con WiFi sul pavimento e di nuovo sul terzo piano, perché hanno 2 sistemi diversi. Mi ci ha preso una giornata piena per capire tutto, e gli altri familiari, in un'altra stanza, non hanno mai capito il condizionamento d'aria e hanno sofferto per tutte e tre le notti. Il personale dell'hotel avrebbe bisogno di meno di un'ora per scrivere tutte queste istruzioni su una pagina e stampare una copia per ogni camera, ma non si preoccupano. Altri membri della mia famiglia erano così confusi dalla mancanza di istruzioni che hanno dato all'hotel solo tre stelle. Il loro altro reclamo era che le pareti sulla scala hanno seriamente bisogno di dipingere e riparare, ma questo non mi ha davvero disturbato. L'hotel è molto basso, nessun gabinetto, l'acqua nel bacino è molto lenta, aveva acqua calda. Il suo tipo di vecchio e senza un buon mantenimento, nessun ascensore, quindi se avete un problema di salire le scale non è per voi. il letto è buono, le foglie sono già sconvolgendo il colore bianco sta diventando buio. la ricezione TV è cattiva, Non posso consigliare questo hotel.

Ha preso un 2 giorni di pausa per vedere il volcano Mayon e ha prenotato un 2 notti di soggiorno qui. È il buon gusto nel mezzo di Legazpi Ciry. Le camere- letto pulito, comodo, piatti puliti, fogli puliti, servizi di base bagno, doccia calda e fredda con pressione acqua molto buona, bidet, asciugamani fluffy e anche asciugamani a mano. Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza lontano dalla strada, quindi è anche molto tranquillo. Il personale - giovane, amichevole e utile. Possono usare un po' di più di conoscenza sulle cose che fanno intorno alla provincia di Legazpi e al colonnello. Colazione- la stanza è venuta con un free buffet breakfast. La selezione è ciò che si può aspettare da questo punto di prezzo, soprattutto cibo locale come pesce secco, pesce fumato e verdura. Il caffè è fresco di birra con scelte di pane e cereali. In generale, ci piace questo posto e lo consigliamo sulla base della nostra esperienza personale.

This was our first time staying at Emerald Boutique Hotel (EBH). This was our experience… We had originally booked a place to stay via airbnb. However, upon arrival, the place was nothing like the description. So, we didn’t even have to think twice about not staying there. That will have its own review. Getting back to our experience at EBH. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a smile by France. We inquired about a room and was told that they were booked for the night. However, she was kind enough to double check and see if all of the expected guests had arrived. After much effort, she was finally able to accommodate us for the night at the third floor but reserve a second floor for us since my father has a difficulty in climbing stairs. The following day, we were able to transfer to the second floor as promised. A day later after breakfast, we were fortunate enough to meet the hotel’s owner and general manager. Apparently the owner overheard the conversations that we had the night before and wanted to help us. We informed, Mr. Noel and Mr. Leo that we need an accommodations for about 30 days maybe even longer but was informed that we could only stay for only one night since all the rooms are booked. However, we didn’t want to move since we really like the hotel and it is near to some of the offices that we need to go to. After a few more conversations with the owner and the hotel’s general manager, we were told to go to our room and to just relax amd that they will take care of things and will give us an update asap or no later than by close of business. After a few hours, Mr. Leo personally came up to our room to give us the great news that we don’t need to worry and that we can stay in our room. We did receive a call from the front desk in the latter part of the day due to some miscommunications between the staff. I reached out to Mr. Leo to inform him of the situation and he took immediate action to resolve the situation and promised me that such issues would not happen again. Emerald Boutique Hotel is a hidden secret hotel. The service is top notch. The room attendants are on point. The food, I don’t even know where to begin. Let’s just say that I have probably gained a few pounds just from my few days stay thus far. Mr. Renz is also there to assist you if you have any questions. If you’re looking for a five star experience and still want to save money to be able to do other things, look no more. Book your stay at the Emerald Boutique Hotel. Il mio soggiorno viene con una navetta gratuita dall'aeroporto e verso l'aeroporto.Oltre al colazione gratuita, un servizio di benvenuto con acqua in bottiglia mi aspetta all'interno della stanza. Tuttavia, nessun caffè/tea. ma quando ho chiesto acqua calda in una tazza, La materassi con le lamelle era abbastanza comoda da rendere i miei occhi chiusi innocui per la notte. troppo cattivo la TV non è WiFi pronto per essere collegato a netflix. A parte un tappo, abbiamo organizzato un seminario di formazione per i nostri soggetti interessati e i pasti preparati erano in eccesso rispetto ai partecipanti effettivi presenti. i quattro piccoli pezzi di pollo rimasti.Quando sono arrivato a casa, lo e guardate, c'erano solo due pezzi quando ho aperto la mia scatola. hmm ....
