Diabolical. Faulty Towers is better run. The people in charge of the hotel and function centre have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. They were rude, unhelpful and incompetent. Where to start… From refusing to serve drinks to the bridal party when they first arrived, so they could toast the speeches, to making guests exit down dark uneven stairs (lawsuit in the making). Strange given they also refused to dim the lights while everyone was dancing. Guided us to the pool deck for photos and then told us only guests were allowed into the area (half of us were staying there). Requesting the bride leave her wedding to check into their room because they didn't have it ready when she arrived… seriously. The bridal suite was prepared with a bottle of warm champagne and ice bucket with no ice. This is what you can expect from the Intercontinental Sorrento. Amateur hour. Ridiculously bad.
