Sopot: hotel con bar

My two daughters and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Grand in Sopot. Our room was very spacious and nicely appointed. The hotel itself is beyond beautiful. Lastly, the service was outstanding. Well, few years ago I stayed in REZYDENT hotel, which at this time was an independent hotel, not being part of Accord group. I was dissatisfied and for next stays at Sopot, I was choosing other hotels. And now, I spotted that now REZYDENT became part of MGallery chain, which I like very much, as these are elegant, usually boutique hotels. This was the reason, why I have decided to come back to REZYDENT, thinking that probably a lot of things from the past, which I disliked, was changed for better. Unfortunately NOT AT ALL. The only change which I recognized is a new design of the hotel’s lobby. At this is it !!! My room (117) being a superior one with a separate (theoretically) living room and bedroom, was looking 1:1 like in the old REZYDENT. The room is dark, as windows are facing interior lobby, with a limited access of a daylight. So almost all day you have to keep lights switched on. You can’t separate in the bedroom from the living room, as there are no … doors in between. AC - another issue. Rather loud and it is impossible to decide the desired speed of fan. Last but not least, for such an unpleasant experience I had to pay much more than quality offered in reality. So whoever will be the owner of REZYDENT in the future, I will never come back there again

Treated exceptional well as a high status Marriot Rewards member. Great garage parking. Bikes available to use. Great bike trail by the hotel. Rooftop infinity pool was amazing. Overall experience was fantastic. Only challenge is for Americans because eating at the restaurant outside smoking is permitted. We are not completely anti-smoking, but during dinner we are just no longer accustomed to it. Lots of great walking to town and the famous pier.

Molto bella struttura*****t non lontano dalla grande e bella spiaggia di Sopot. Bella camera e bagno con doccia italiana. Il colazione è vario e soddisfa tutti i desideri. Il personale è molto simpatico. Il ristorante offre una bella terrazza verde e piacevole. La carta non è senza fine, ma offre piatti veramente molto buoni e un servizio molto attento. Piscina interna e spa sono a disposizione. Il bar dell’hotel è top con una bella mappa. A raccomandare per una visita tranquilla e divertente della regione di Sopot. Grazie a tutta l’equipaggio. Ci vediamo presto.

This is a luxurious hotel with high standards when it comes to interior, the rooms and the exterior. The hotel is family- and children friendly whilst still performing above any noisy and crowded family hotel elsewhere. The location is perfect, only 20-25 mins from the airport in Gdańsk. 3 minutes walk to the beach. The ala carte restaurant in the hotel offers a great menu, above any nearby restaurant that we visited. The buffet is not as good as the ala carte. Choices at breakfast are endless. Spa is clean and nice, the hotel has a large backyard area for play, work out and recreation. The gym has a very high standard. This stay would be rated as excellent if it weren’t for the inattentive and sometimes unfriendly and impolite staff. We had no feeling of being appreciated as guests and did not receive any recognition for the VIP membership. The staff in general did at times seem annoyed with their job and one of the female bartenders even answered in a disrespectful manner when she forgot to include our discount on the bill. Not solution- or service oriented. If the service and attitude improves, this hotel can reach new heights.

Abbiamo provato tutto l'hotel doveva offrire e abbiamo avuto il miglior settimanale! Grande camera, super personale, spa incredibile, davvero buon massaggio, bevande sniffate e super personale al bar, incredibile colazione (e il kit di colazione per noi che sono usciti molto presto era super).

Abbiamo trascorso una breve vacanza a Sopot per rimanere in questo hotel. Nuovo e moderno posto, molto bello in generale. Un grande camera con AC e frigorifero, nessun balcone. Letto era buono e morbido, tuttavia, piccole cuscinetti. Il colazione era un po' prezioso, ma molto buono; molto di tutto, come verdure fritte in salsa teriyaki, meraviglioso, salsicce grigliate, ecc. L'unico sfondo era il rumore dei treni passanti, ci sono volute due notti per abituarsi. Non era così alto, ma improvvisamente che era inciso con una durata variabile. La stanza era 219, che si trovavano a nord, con vista sulle tracce del treno e l'inizio della strada di cammino di Monciak.

Excellent hotel. Room is really comfortable. Plenty of room. Clean and spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location, just on the edge of the main *****, in a quieter part of town. Sopot is a lovely seaside resort. Excellent restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast very good.

L'hotel era in una buona posizione e molto sicuro. Il check-in/check-out era semplice, ma non erano interessati se avete un buon soggiorno o no. I letti erano destinati a essere letti di doppio ma di dimensioni minori, quindi non c'era sonno per le 3 notti.La colazione era caotica, non doveva essere.Il personale ci ha fatto il meglio, ma non aveva alcuna direzione. Sapevano in anticipo quante persone stanno per soggiornare e avere colazione, c'era una macchina del caffè che era così lenta per tutti che non ha molto senso.Oltre ai piccoli letti e al tempo caotico del colazione.L'hotel è buono e pulito.
