Hotel in zona Osterei-Museum, Sonnenbuhl

L'hotel è stato un piacevole soggiorno, che si trova perfettamente all'interno della stanza, e la sua posizione è eccezionale e meravigliosa, rendendolo molto conveniente per gli acquisti. L'hotel è elegante e elegante, con personale accogliente e accogliente. Alcuni potrebbero trovare la stanza un po' ”infinita” a causa della mancanza di pittura o di carta da parati sul tetto, ma io ero a posto con questo, come aggiunge al stile industrializzato. L'hotel è molto grande, ma entrambi gli ascensori sono situati insieme, quindi potresti dover camminare un po' per raggiungere loro. Per il colazione, hanno una eccitante macchina automatica pancake! Ma c'erano molti a colazione, e il cibo non era sempre sufficiente, quindi il personale era molto occupato a riempirlo, e nonostante ciò, il personale era ancora utile e bello. Se si conduce all'hotel, si prega di essere consapevoli che non è possibile parcheggiare nel parcheggio più vicino. Il parcheggio è situato sotto l'hotel con il marchio ”Moxy Hotel”, ma poiché non è possibile prenotare il parcheggio, non è garantito che si possa parcheggiare lì. Tuttavia, le tariffe sono le stesse se si parcheggia in altri parchi auto nelle vicinanze. In generale, ci siamo divertiti e consigliamo questo hotel ad altri.

The Hotel states 4 stars. Definitely not 4 stars. No aircon in the room only a little fan. Due to extreme heat I had to have the window open. My room was directly under the outdoor seating area from the restaurant meaning I had to endure extreme loud noises from some very loud party guest extremely late in the night , on Thursday I couldn’t take it anymore and I put a complaint in at reception in the middle of the night. I don’t see how it’s allowed to be that loud after a certain time in the night. The room is dirty. The pillows with feathers stink and need changing for good. The toilet brush is full with dirty water standing in the toilet brush container , absolutely disgusting and gross. The bin in the room has never been wiped from the inside and how you can see on the pictures it’s stained with hairs and some other disgusting stuff. Please don’t advertise 4 stars. 4 stars means something different then this place. The outside entrance is untidily and unkept with cigarette buds on the floor extremely uninviting .I must say that the staff in the restaurant is friendly and the restaurant serves good food. Would I stay there again ? Definitely not under no circumstance. It’s manky , outdated and just not worth the money considering you can go in to Reutlingen and find something far more better for the money close to the city centre.

Siamo arrivati circa le otto di notte. Non c'è nessuno sulla reception, solo una macchina alla porta, per entrare. Abbiamo cercato la password per molto tempo alla porta per chiamare il servizio clienti. Dopo aver detto la password, abbiamo provato a operare, ma forse il tempo è troppo caldo, solo circa -4 gradi, Non posso provare più volte, non posso provarlo ancora. È necessario aspettare che la macchina sia messo in posizione per circa 1-2 minuti per provare di nuovo. Dopo aver provato molte volte, finalmente è riuscito (grazie al Signore) L'hotel dovrebbe essere gestito in modo familiare, separatamente da due chiavi, una porta è vicino alla porta, l'altra porta è un po'persa dopo aver entrato in un ristorante Punte di lusso: la stanza è pulita e più grande di altri hotel. Anche se la colazione non è molto cibo, tutto quello che c'è è buon sapore

Ich war für einen kleinen Kurzurlaub in Tübingen, um Freunde zu besuchen. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Neckar, parken kann man zu Sonderkonditionen im nahgelegenen Parkhaus, in 2-3 min ist man zu Fuß in der nahe gelegenen Altstadt. Zimmer sind schön und funktional eingerichtet, sehr bequemes Bett, ausreichend Platz für Kleidung im Schrank und auch viel Platz im Bad - die Dusche könnte nur etwas größer sein. Frühstück hat alles was man braucht, ich konnte mein Rührei individuell bestellen, das hat mir besonders gut gefallen, auch, daß ich draußen auf der Terrasse mit tollem Blick dabei sitzen konnte. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und man hatte nie das Gefühl, einfach nur ”abgefertigt ” zu werden, wie es bei Kettenhotels oft der Fall ist. Gerne wieder!

Siamo esperti in viaggiare sia per affari che per piacere! La posizione è eccellente per gli acquisti, ma non c'è altro! Abbiamo avuto la maggior parte dell'esperienza, abbiamo avuto un buon tempo insieme, abbiamo trascorso molto meno tempo e meno soldi all'hotel di solito, come devo dire, è stata un'esperienza deludente e costosa. Il buon lato: l'hotel è situato vicino ai negozi e dispone di parcheggio gratuito. L'arrivo tardivo con nessun personale funziona bene! Il pessimo: In genere darei all'hotel la possibilità di commentare prima di una recensione, ma durante il soggiorno abbiamo dato all'hotel diverse possibilità di correggere i molti errori. Abbiamo chiesto e pagato specificamente per una stanza di studio nella nostra prenotazione e una delle varie chiamate e dialogo che avevamo prima dell'arrivo era per assicurarci di avere la stanza giusta. Abbiamo un vecchio studio situato sul primo piano, nessuna apertura per ripararlo al desk, così abbiamo fatto un sorriso e abbiamo ottenuto il meglio. Abbiamo prenotato una prenotazione per le 7:00, il dipartimento frontale non ne sapeva, ma sembrava che l'avesse sistemata! Quando siamo arrivati al ristorante, abbiamo avuto la stessa tavola di un'altra famiglia con bambini e senza distanze sociali. Chiesto un altro tavolo, abbastanza libero, o seduto al bar, torna più tardi, ma no! Il piacevole pranzo romantico si è trasformato in corsa attraverso corsi con bambini a tavola che arrivano prima di bere, ecc. E il 4 corso di pranzo con bevanda di benvenuto si trasformava in 3 corso di pranzo senza! La compensazione di limocelo gratis (che non ci è stata chiesta se ci piace) non l'ha aggiunto. E con i capelli in linea principale, volevamo solo finire la cena più presto che dopo! La prossima volta andremo per le opzioni a metà prezzo e altri hotel nella zona situata proprio come buono o semplicemente scegliere di soggiornare in eccellenti 3 e 4 stelle a Stuttgart! Non saremo assolutamente indietro. E perché: ci siamo sentiti che se siete un non tedesco, vi sarà trattato 2. E le atteggiamenti di alcuni membri del personale non sono per l'attività di servizio.

I stayed here as part of a business trip for 2 nights. The hotel itself was very nicely decorated. The staff member who checked us in (Lyubomir Ivanov) was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was a good size and also nicely decorated. The mirror however was in a strange place – right next to the door and not by the dressing table which was a bit awkward. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was large. The do provide an all in one shower-bodywash, and a hairdryer is in the room. The TV was big and had a variety of channels. There was some issues with the window that few in our party had trouble with. You cannot open it, you need to get a member of staff too, even though it only opens a little, and then ask them to close it too. There was also unfortunately no kettle. They provided you with one small bottle of sparkling water (in a double bedroom 2 would have been better). The bed was comfortable however I did find it strange having 2 separate duvets on a double bed. There is also NO SAFE. Overall comfortable but a kettle would have been appreciated for boiling water. Breakfast was ok. A selection of teas, coffee and some juices. No cooked food. A few cereals and the yoghurt/fruit was nice. Disappointed there was no hot food, and there was only rolls of bread (no toaster), and a few croissants – that were not replenished. For the number of guests there, especially on our second morning, I would have hoped more would have been supplied and maybe even a bigger variety of pastries. There is NO BAR here – drinks and snacks from a vending machine are available, (‘wine’, beer, soft drinks, prosecco and a couple of spirits with mixers). However this was not restocked, but when we did ask at reception and Lyubomir restocked it straight away and said we could pay for a few warm ones now whilst we wait, with a bucket of ice, which was very kind. Very annoying that the tea/coffee machine had no teabags by it throughout our stay, so paying for a hot water – I was lucky I had my own teabags! Also, what I found strange was the lift you could only access your floor or the ground floor with your keycard. This was to avoid customers going on other floors. A bit of a pain if you are staying on a separate floor to your travel companion and have forgotten something, so have to go to the ground floor, meet up and then go back to your room! There is also have a pool table you can use. Also, to presumably cut staff costs – there is 1 to 2 people available on check-in – and they leave the hotel by 11pm. After that there are no staff available. Overall the room was nice, staff were friendly and it is a short walk from a couple of restaurants. However due to the lack of a bar, lack of staff availability and breakfast not being the best, I wouldn’t stay here again for more than 1 night.
