Hotel a Songpan

"Beyond my expectation! I picked this hotel based on the good reviews on Trip.com and happy to report that the hotel exceeded my expectation. From the first impression I love how this boutique hotel is decorated in a traditional chinese style. The room itself is beautifully designed, modern, and clean. The bed is very comfortable as well. It was perfect to come back to the room from a long day of walking & sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located near the the North Gate & in a quieter part of Songpan old town, which is great for getting a good night sleep. However, the best part of my stay at this hotel is the staff, especially the lovely young lady named Xiao Zeng. From the check-in she showed me a couple of rooms to choose from to make sure I’m happy with the room. Not only that, she went beyond her duty to help arrange for the transportation to Songpan train station (it was not possible to get Didi due to rain), as well as to provide helpful tips on what to eat and what to see/do while in Songpan. This makes my traveling experience much smoother and hassle free. Keep up the good work, Xiaozeng 👍☺️ Definitely recommended."

"From the moment we arrived we were well looked after by Mike and his family. The hotel is really nice, with a lovely garden next to the river. We ate most nights in the hotel restaurant which was delicious and Mike ensured we had vegetarian food as requested. Mike speaks English very well. He arranged for us to go on some day trips with his sister who also speaks good English. Highly recommend!"

"Questo hotel unico, con bellissime sculture in legno nella hall e nelle camere, è in un'ottima posizione e siamo stati accolti non come ospiti, ma come amici da lontano. Le camere sono arredate con eleganza, non solo con sculture in legno, ma anche con lampade e specchi in legno. E il prezzo è davvero interessante. Ci siamo divertiti molto a colazione, chiacchierando con una signora molto gentile, che ci ha fatto scoprire un po' della sua cultura. Molto bello!"

"L'hotel è molto pulito, il servizio è molto buono e c'è la colazione. L'ambiente è molto bello. È molto confortevole e ha un'atmosfera piacevole. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti e pulito. La signora alla reception ha un atteggiamento di servizio super buono e farà del suo meglio per soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Non dirà che non lo sta facendo apposta. Capisco il problema ma non lo risolve tranquillo la mattina e soddisfa il mio bisogno di dormire. Ho visitato anche molti hotel e li ho confrontati. Alla fine ho consigliato Shangjing. È conveniente e non costoso. La cosa più bella è che ieri ha nevicato. La cosa più bella è godersi il paesaggio innevato. La posizione migliore e non fa affatto freddo in casa. C'è il riscaldamento in casa. Fa caldissimo e l'acqua calda è super calda tempo. Non nevica. È bellissimo anche fuori. Altamente raccomandato"

"My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here! Despite the city noise from a nearby construction site, the hotel itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. It really exceeded our expectations and delivered on everything promised. We stayed in a beautiful suite on the 2nd floor with a cosy balcony that gave us plenty of privacy. On arrival, we were welcomed with afternoon tea and small snacks, which set the tone right away. The suite was sparkling clean — something very important to me — and even had a massive TV, perfect for winding down with a movie at night. Thoughtful touches like oxygen supplementation by the bed and an electric blanket for chilly nights made our stay extra comfortable. Honestly, we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. I personally loved the design of both the hotel and the room — it felt so warm and welcoming that I didn’t want to leave. The location couldn’t be better: right in the center of Songpan on a quieter street, just a few minutes’ walk to explore the whole town, grab coffee, or try local food. The staff were incredible — extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to our personal requests, even before our arrival. They really made us feel taken care of. Breakfast is a traditional Chinese-style one, with steamed buns, stir-fried veggies, eggs, and rice porridge. If that’s not your thing, there are plenty of nearby spots for coffee and other options. Overall, we left with the feeling that we had chosen the best hotel in town. I’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Songpan."

"古城比較清凈，商業化不濃郁，基本都是當地居民。住宿的話大堂設計感強，服務好，衹是客房的內部有點陳舊。對面的樓客房更乾淨、更安靜，但房間裏稍稍有點味道，可能是因為雨天的關係。酒店出門步行2分鐘的廣場上即可打車，出行挺方便。"

"酒店應該才開業不久，設施很新，房間佈置比較温馨，床墊軟硬適中，在縣城，距古城不遠，環境很好，晚上比較清靜，這是我比較推薦的點，在旺季這個價格性價比很高了，工作人員都十分熱情，辦理入住很快不用等待，離開時候還送了伴手禮，很喜歡，謝謝！"

"Si consiglia di visitare la zona scenica di Huanglong.L'hotel è di proprietà di una famiglia super benvenuta. La stanza è esattamente la foto, con letto riscaldato per un giorno freddo. Quando siamo arrivati, il proprietario ci ha aiutato con i bagagli e ha fornito chiare istruzioni, ci ha condotto alla zona di scena di Huanglong e ci ha raccolti, e così seriamente ci ha aiutati. Anche sua madre e suo padre sono carini, abbiamo avuto solo 45 minuti per pranzo prima di partire alla stazione e tutti erano molto cordiali per servirci e assicurarsi che saremmo arrivati in tempo.
