Quando ho effettuato la prenotazione mi è stato mostrato che c'era la colazione, la mattina mi è stato detto che il ristorante era in manutenzione e mi ha chiesto di uscire a comprarlo. La maniglia della porta scorrevole è rotta e non installata correttamente. Quando il bambino ha aperto la porta, è caduto e ha battuto la testa, si è spaventato e ha pianto. Ha chiamato il personale di servizio per controllare la serratura della porta e ha detto: Va tutto bene. Il ragazzo stava ancora parlando di colpirmi la testa, ma il personale di servizio non ha detto una parola di cordoglio e ha detto che la sua maniglia era a posto. Davvero senza parole! Inoltre, il letto è troppo corto per dormire comodamente

La colazione dell'hotel è organizzata per essere consumata nel ristorante accanto al primo piano, durante il pasto le persone del ristorante sono venute tre volte a vendere polvere d'orzo e latte di yak. Il primo lancio è un pre-cena da seduti. Il secondo tiro è durante il pasto. Il terzo lancio è verso la fine del pasto. Si può dire che sia accompagnato fino in fondo. Non mi aspettavo davvero un'esperienza così disgustosa in un hotel B&B con un soffitto di 1290 yuan a notte, che si chiama lusso leggero Songpan, e il pavimento della stanza è ancora molto polveroso!

an unique ******* style hotel in the local ******* town. the nearest location to the jiuzhaigou high speed railway station. the hotel itself is lovely and the staff is kindly.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in during our trip in Asia. The whole building is brand new, clean and modern. Beautiful wooden design, comfortable beds and amazing bathroom. Free pickup and drop of service to the train station (contact them via WeChat in advance to arrange pickup time). Very friendly and helpful staff, little English spoken but translator apps work well. A high quality breakfast is included (7-10am) on the beautiful rooftop terrace. You can visit Huanglong and Jiuzhai Valley National Parks. We loved our stay and would have liked to stay longer.

Location: Close to Huanglong National Park by car 30 mins Hotel: Super Clean and newly hotel in the area. If you would like to visit Huanglong on the next day, you should book this hotel to sleep before going to huanglong on the next day

My stay here was delightful! I only stayed one night, but wish I would have stayed two. Definitely stay here the night before your flight, if you’re flying out of JiuZhaiGou. It’s so close to the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful answering all of my questions and helping me book transportation from Songpan to my next village stop. The room was comfortable (there was no AC, and in August the room was a little too warm, but not bad). The decor in the hotel was gorgeous and the breakfast room had glorious views of the valley. The breakfast is served with beautiful presentation and is a fresh, healthy meal to start the day. The hotel is walking distance from a long road of restaurants and tourist shops. Though the name has “Songpan” in it, it’s actually about a 20-30 minute drive from Songpan Ancient Town, but the area was calm and quiet, so I didn’t mind.
