Every single thing about this place is amazing, starting with our hosts Shawn and her husband Steve. They are so very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and ready to help in any way. We stayed in the Solomon’s Sunset Suite which was wonderful! It is in a converted attic space, so it is quite a climb, but once you taste Shawn’s breakfasts and the cookies she has waiting for you every afternoon, you’ll be glad of the extra exercise! They truly have thought of everything to make your stay extra special! Solomons Victorian Inn is very conveniently located as well. There are several really good restaurants within walking distance, and relaxing in the evening in the beautiful garden area or on the spacious front porch of the inn makes the perfect ending to the day. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this whole experience! We will stay here again!

Cozy room with a comfortable bed, TV, Kerig coffee maker and private bathroom. This beautiful Inn is decorated in Victorian style and is especially lovely when decorated for Christmas. Wonderful 3 course breakfasts were delicious. Steve and Shawn are delightful to talk with. This dynamic duo are informative, interesting, witty, warm and welcoming. I’m looking forward to going back for a mini vacation.

Beautiful home hosted by a wonderful and gracious couple! Their hospitality and kindness are unmatched. They go out of their way to add personal care and service. Beautiful room and location. Their B&B on Solomon's Island is a paradise for a couple's getaway!

Our first bed and breakfast experience. We had a lovely room with water view en suite. It was on the second floor so we had to ask Steven to help with our luggage since the stairs are narrow and steep. Shawn made delightful breakfasts adjusted to our diabetic needs and offered homemade cookies every day. There is instant hot water available in the breakfast room, filtered water and an ice machine. The second floor has a den with refrigerator for guest use. The inn only has one first floor room available but we will ask for that one next visit. It has s patio with water and garden views. Parking is off street and private. We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay. There is a very active and noisy bar restaurant nearby which might be a problem on high tourist season weekends. Lovely porch, gardens, parlors and game rooms to share. Many nice places to eat within walking distance.

I stayed with 4 other couples (both family and friends), as we set up funeral services etc. We could not possibly have found a better place to gather or to be pampered, allowing us to focus on the precious life of my beautiful wife. All of us feel the same way... Steve and Shawn could not be better hosts - Breakfasts were an absolute hit with everyone, even those of us with unique dietary needs - 100% of us raved about the quality of the food, our quarters, and the outstanding service that they provided! The sitting rooms and porch were our gathering places (day and night) and even a spare office was available for to us to use. Thank you, Steve and Shawn, we will be planning other trips in the future.

This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast. We were very pleased. Steve and Shawn were very inviting, special anniversary treats were in our room upon arrival, and more homemade cookies the next day and excellent breakfasts made with love. The home was clean and beautiful inside and out. Nice view of the water. Chose to stay here as everything is i walking distance. Highly recommend!

We spent two nights at the Solomon’s Victorian Inn. We had a very enjoyable time. The Inn is beautiful and very welcoming. Our room was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. The location of the Inn offers beautiful views of the waterfront and within walking distance of several restaurants. The host and hostess were wonderful.

The owners love of running a B&B shows through by every detail being well thought out. The grounds and common areas are beautiful and well kept. Our room was comfortable, had good closet space and easy to use heat and air conditioning. It was so well appointed and laid out, that we had everything we needed but there was still plenty of usable surface area. Nicely and simply decorated. All 3 breakfasts we had were terrific and the homemade, often still warm baked goods were a special treat.. The Inn was a nice restful place to just hang out or to use as a base to drive around the area. We found some great hiking.

A beautiful inn with the friendliest, most hospitable and helpful owners imaginable. An amazingly delicious, filling full service breakfast, which they were able to wonderfully adapt to our dietary needs. The bed is comfortable with amazing sheets. Shawn is a master baker and they left special treats for us in our room upon arrival. Steve and Shawn made our stay relaxing and lovely. They took care of us from begging to end. They even have charging stations for electric cars. If you’re used to Airbnb, this place reminds you why a traditional B&B is the way to go.
