This hotel was very beautiful and clean. Location is great. Services was perfect.

Very conpatible hotel for businessman. We are going by business. Location is not good.

On the day of our arrival, while we were travelling to Stockholm, the hotel calls to inform me that they are overbooked. We were given the choice of either staying at a different hotel in a regular room, which we declined, or stay in two different rooms during our two night stay. We chose the latter, but I wish we hadn't. We originally booked a superior room for both nights, but we were given what they called a "family room" the first night. It was the worst night I've ever had in a hotel. The room – yes, it was big, but insanely hot and right next to the reception at the same level as the street, so also incredibly noisy. And the next day we had to wait several hours for our new room. When I complained in the reception about this inconvenience, we were only offered 500 SEK compensation. We were to pay 8418 SEK for the entire stay, so I fell we were undercompensated for our terrible experience. This was the Eras Tour weekend, so problably why the prices were so high. I have also emailed the hotel, but they never replied. Steer clear if you value sleep during your hotel stay.

Comfortable, clean and modern accommodation with a great breakfast buffet. Huge supermarket close by. Right next to public transport - just a few stops to city centre. Perfect.

Like: location was good for me, close to my office, the staff was great, the room was spacious, the bed was good enough for me, the internet was fine too. Dislike: I didn't particularly enjoy the breakfast, plus I didn't really enjoy it in the room. Hard to really say why it wasn't cozy, but probably because of the view, the furniture, the design or something why the stay wasn't really that nice.

Upon checking in we booked two rooms and asked reagarding the parking. The receptionist said we could’ve said it earlier because the parking lot are all reserved. And this was not in the information before booking our rooms. But the receptionist was kind enough that there is another parking lot nearby the hotel instead of parking in the streets which he said was way more expensive. Another thing was the room we were able to check in has a smell upon entering yet my friends room has no weird smell. We have changed immediately to a new room which has still a little smell but much better than the first one. The room was descent and interiors was nice. The breakfast was good European breakfast.
