L'Avenida Hotel

Great location in the middle of Soller. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Very friendly staff, especially Matthew and Anna on reception. We appreciated their help and advice during our stay. Excellent breakfast selection and quality of food. We would return in future.

Another visit to this lovely hotel and area and already working out when we can return. Thanks to Matthew, Karen, and all the team ( breakfast chefs, housekeeping and gardeners etc) who provide a great service ensuring nothing is too much trouble. This time we stayed in a junior suite overlooking the pool. It’s a beautiful , quiet room, fantastic shower and comfortable huge bed. Air con worked perfectly but also lovely big windows to open. Breakfast by the pool is a delight, always plenty of choice . We were out all day hiking or sightseeing again so next time I’m determined to actually spend a day by the pool!

A great stay in Soller! Such a lovely hotel with an incredible view of the mountains. Navigating the car on market day was extremely difficult, but Matthew greeted us and helped us with directions on getting the car to the right place. The parking lot on the street was always full, so we parked 2 blocks over. He was so helpful and welcoming throughout our entire stay. Breakfast in the morning was delicious as well! Would recommend.

Wonderful luxury hotel, great location, fantastic service, great breakfast. We stayed for five nights and wished we had booked for longer. The hotel building is grand and our top floor suite was huge. Staff were professional, friendly and informed; nothing was too much trouble. The overall hotel feel is relaxed luxury. We will definitely return!

We had a 2 night stay here as part of our Honeymoon. The hotel was full and we had originally planned to stay 4 nights but this would have meant moving rooms so did 2 here and 2 in Deià (separate review). As such there was only 1 room type available, standard double, and it was on the cozy side if I stayed again I would definitely stay in a bigger room. Arrived and had a lovely cold glass of pink Cava. Very comfy bed, great towels, instant coffee which was a bit of a let down for a hotel like this so definitely could do with coffee machines. The owner Matthew is a fantastic host, very helpful. Pool area was lovely could have done with some music and maybe some fresh water around the pool. You can ring the bell for drinks which we did. Breakfast was lovely, really peaceful in the courtyard. All in all would highly recommend and we would return.

I give this hotel the top marks because it fully met my expectations. We had Room 2, which contained a Queen size bed; large enough to sleep 3 to 4 persons! The shower was good and spacious. We didn't need to touch the AC as the room was always at a perfect cool temperature and not noisy at all to disrupt sleeping. Breakfast was pleasant with fresh fruit and pastries amongst other cold stuff, with options for hot breakfast to be cooked to order. Breakfast was at the terrace surrounding the pool. The pool is on the smaller side but sufficient for swimming. Plenty of sun beds and as the pool area is surrounded by shade, there is a good choice between lying in the sun or being in the shade. Its a small hotel and the pool area was never busy. The hotel is away from the main square so tends to be quiet (aside from a few hours during the day with children playing nearby), and is a very short walk to the square. We ate at different restaurants each night and four of these were less than 400 yards walking. This is a small hotel but packs a punch in quality. The only downside of the size is a lack of a bar open in evenings which you tend to get with larger hotels. Lastly, I need to mention the politeness and attention of the team that work there. All are very helpful and are clearly trained to ensure guests are fully satisfied.
