Siamo una giovane coppia che ha deciso di trascorrere due giorni in questo fantastico resort soggiornando in una delle 400 camere presenti. La nostra camera in particolare aveva una vista sulla laguna che attraversa il resort. All’arrivo, Alfonso, personale del resort ci ha subito accolto e preso le nostre valigie e le chiavi della nostra auto per portarla al parcheggio. Dopo aver effettuato il check-in ci siamo diretti con una macchina da golf presso la nostra camera, dove abbiamo potuto osservare parte del resort in compagnia del signor Alfonso che ci spiegava le attività e i ristoranti presenti nella struttura. La camera il letto fronte alla laguna ti regala dei colori mozzafiato ad ogni risveglio. Entri in camera e ti senti a casa, tutto quello che desideri è lì a portata di mano, non manca un dettaglio, puoi persino lasciare il tuo alimentatore per caricare l’iPhone a casa perché sono presenti prese Usb accanto al letto. Il pomeriggio ci hanno fatto trovare degli ottimi cookies e una borsa con all’interno un termos, un telo mare e un set da viaggio per cosmetici. Il secondo pomeriggio una porzione di frutta fresca, tutto senza mai aver chiesto il servizio in camera. Ogni giorno la camera veniva ripulita e se mancava qualcosa dal frigobar o del caffè veniva rimpiazzato, cosi come i cosmetici presenti nel bagno. Il resort è molto grande e il modo migliore per visitarlo è prendere una delle tante biciclette che si trovano nei vari parcheggi e fare un giro per poi lasciarla sulla spiaggia, bere un ottimo Margarita e tuffarti in mare o in una delle piscine, senza ricordarti di prendere un telo mare perché presso ovunque è presente un armadietto con teli mare a disposizione dei clienti. Avendo optato per il piano All-inclusive, avevamo quindi accesso a tutti i ristoranti presenti tranne al ristorante “Gaia”. La colazione in questo resort rende difficile la scelta di come iniziare bene la giornata perché il buffet è cosi ampio che non si sa cosa scegliere. Tutto di qualità, frutta fresca, pane, cornetti, salumi e tanto altro ancora. Pranzare e cenare presso qualunque ristorante presente nella struttura è sempre stata un’emozione. La mia fidanzata è intollerante al glutine ed in ogni ristorante che siamo andati, il cameriere chiedeva sempre le intolleranze prima di prendere un’ordinazione, un dettaglio che fa la differenza. I ristornati sono eleganti, dallo stile retrò al moderno, molto buono il cocktail “Papi’s Home” presente nel menù del bar da “Tauro”. Alcuni emozionanti, come “Fuego” dove puoi pranzare a piedi nudi sulla spiaggia e ammirare la bellezza e i colori del mare che la natura ti regala. Il Mayakoba da l’opportunità di effettuare anche alcune attività, noi abbiamo optato per la canoa, ma non puoi allontanarti oltre a delle barriere che sono presenti nel mare per trattenere le alghe. This review is long overdue, but we visited Secrets Maroma for the 3rd time in May. Once again this beautiful resort did not disappoint and keeps proving why we keep going back. This time we brought my brother in law and sister in law and they absolutely loved every minute of our trip. The rooms and grounds are as beautiful as ever. Everyone works so hard to keep it clean. One of the best things was seeing staff that was still here from our last trip 5 years ago. It was like going home to see old friends. Upon arrival we were greeted with a familiar smile by Daniel who handed us our cool towel and took care of our bags. Check in was very simple and we got to see another friend Paola who is now working in the front offices. While we were waiting for our rooms to be ready we went for lunch at Seaside and walked around the property. By the time we finished our rooms were ready and Vertiz our building concierge made sure we had everything we needed. Throughout the entire week Vertiz always checked on us and happily gave us anything we had asked for. Each morning we had no problem getting chairs by the pool and the concierges there were always helpful with getting setup. This is where we saw another familiar face, Bramdon. Always great to see him and meet his coworkers Francisco and Manny who always made sure we had our chairs and towels. We also had some great pool servers such as Alberto and Einar. The beach had some seagrass but they worked so hard from very early in the morning to clean it up. Now onto the food. Every meal we had was great and I could not say anything bad about any of the restaurants. The servers and managers at the restaurants are always checking to make sure everything is perfect. There are so many but a few we have to mention are Alba, Estela, Carlos, David at Seaside Grill and Juan the chef at Seaside for our special lunch he prepared with Alba on our last day, Pablo at Bordeaux, Alejandro, Lucio and Josua at Market Cafe, Luis the teppanyaki chef at Himitsu. Last but not least was the Entertainment Staff. They were so much fun and we got involved in so many of the activities because of them. Stephanie, Sebastian, Oscar, Sandy, David, Asdrubal, Memo and Matias thank you for making our trip extra special. So sad when you have to leave this wonderful resort but we will definitely be back.

Bevande e servizi molto buoni. Carols lavora nella piscina principale e ha sempre un servizio veloce con bevande. Heraklio ha una grande personalità. Ti troverà quando necessario. Tutti i membri del personale intorno ai ristoranti e alle piscine sono molto amichevoli e grandi a parlare con. Trova Dora. Questa signora è fiduciosa e sorprendente.Lei vi darà tutto quello che avete bisogno. Molto vicino. Tutto è molto speciale se dovete.

We chose Casa Kaoba since it was close to Xcaret and was cheaper than park hotels We arrived after a long day at Xcaret, and staff were friendly and wore masks at all times, someone also walked my husband to the room. Parking is right in front of the building right off the street, so i would consider that if you would prefer something more secure. Pictures online are a lot better than what you get in person for your room, though. Our first thought was...this room feels weird. Floors and all wooden furniture of the room had lots of scratches and dents on them. The black chair in the room was also dirty. Decor is also at a bare minimum, so if aesthetics are important to you, you won't really find that in your room. We were super tired but still realized it didn't feel cozy; we wondered if this place was a hostel at one point with how the room was set up. Stairs have no handles, so may be an injury risk for kids or those who need assistance with stability. We tried watching TV but for some reason had heavy static that evening and next morning. There are Netflix and Prime video apps available that we didnt use but would recommend visitors to put a reminder for themselves to log out, as we logged out previous visitors from the apps to avoid others using their account. Water is provided in a carafe but we chose not to drink out of it and ordered bottled water instead. We ordered pizza (pepperoni and margherita) and quite possibly were the worst pizzas we've ever had, we had a good laugh. But free breakfast was great (eggs with tortilla, scrambled eggs, fruit, and chilaquiles), and had a nice view of the pool For the price, it is worth it for our family. all we really needed was a place to sleep, since we arrived late and left early. The public areas are nice and well kept, but the room itself could use some extra love and attention

Ho visitato il El Dorado Maroma con il mio amico per una settimana nel gennaio 2023. Credetemi, questo è il miglior resort mai! Ho soggiornato in molti resorts all-inclusive nella zona di Cancun/Riviera Maya, e questo resort è insoddisfacente per tutti gli altri! Il servizio è semplicemente sorprendente, dal secondo arrivate fino a dovete andare. Amo assolutamente Manuel sulla spiaggia, che ci saluta ogni mattina e uscì con noi per aiutarci a trovare il luogo perfetto per il giorno. Non ci ha semplicemente consegnato le nostre tovaglie, li ha messi fuori per noi sul salotto o sul letto bali scelto, poi ha regolato l’ombra per poter stare nell’ombra, come preferiremmo. E poi ci ha continuato a controllare tutto il giorno e a regolare la nostra ombra mentre il sole si muoveva. Parla di essere abbattuto! Era meraviglioso! Anche noi amavamo il piccolo D (Diego) sulla spiaggia, che ci ha portato delle bevande e ci ha fatto sorridere - sembra così felice di essere lì! Non posso dimenticare di menzionare la spiaggia - è la migliore spiaggia di qualsiasi ristorante che ho soggiornato in! Clean, sabbia bianca, e così poche persone. Questo è un'altra grande cosa su questo ristorante - nessuna folla!! E 'piccola, tranquilla e rilassante. Così tranquilla! Se vuoi un ristorante di festa, non è questo. In generale, non vi dispiacerebbe se scegliete questo resort!!! Lo amavamo e ritorneremo, spero presto, e spero con il mio hubby la prossima volta! Non posso aspettare di sentire quei meravigliosi amici dirmi “Benvenuto a casa”!
