Casa Kaoba è un bell'albergo. Ho soggiornato qui per una notte. La posizione è abbastanza lontana da tutto ma è molto tranquilla. La colazione era buona con opzioni messicane e occidentali. La camera e il bagno erano spaziosi. L'unica cosa con cui ho avuto un problema era la feccia sul soffione della doccia. Altrimenti, tutto il resto andava bene.

The best thing about the hotel is how spacious the room is for the price. However, they've dropped the ball on caring about how they make customers feel. Our room smelled on the day we checked-in. It took us 2 days to get that fixed. Breakfast options at the buffet are limited but you have no options around the location. Also, they say breakfast is 8am-noon but on weekdays they won't refill the dishes after 10 am. You definitely need a car to make the most of this hotel as everything is far away.

We had a nice stay.
It was a bit more worn out than the pictures.
The room was fine, but it would have been nice if they had cleaned the pool more often for leaves.
There was a lot of noice from the traffic, when you relaxed by the pool. It was quiet in the room.
They were not so fast to fill the breakfast when something was missing.
Good idea to have a car. Helpful receptionist.
Overall a good stay, especially for the price.

For the price, I found the stay to be adequate for a frugal travelers needs. Its about a 15 minute bike ride to centro Playa Del Carmen, with a nice pathway on the opposite side of the hiway to take you there. (This will also take you to Xplor, Xcaret). They also have a bike rack outside which was nice.
The daily breakfast buffet was a highlight and very nourishing.
The pool and jacuzzi were available, but I personally never used them as I much preferred the beach.
Seemed to have ample parking if you rented a car as well.
Would stay here again if the opportunity arose.
All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!

Nice place but need upgrade breakfast to a few more options maybe a mini fridge in room. Restaurant hours should be extended into the evening

Liked pet friendly. Didn’t like double beds when I booked queen beds. Very cramped. Hotel did not appear full but no room upgrade and room was directly across from the pool and restaurant making it rather noisy. Hot tub not working.

My stay was horrible. Filthy room, and poor customer service. Wifi didn't work, tv didnt work, and it is NOT worth the money. Everything was dirty from the towels, to the sheets to the cups, to the shower. There was no attempt made to clean the room.

The cleanliness of the floors was abysmal, with a clear lack of proper cleaning. The staff consistently failed to fulfill their promises, citing worker shortages as an excuse. Requests had to be repeated numerous times before any action was taken.
The shower area was particularly distressing for my family, as the numerous transparent windows and reflective surfaces created a disturbing feeling of being watched, raising concerns about potential hidden cameras. The placement of these windows allowed unsettling views directly into the main shower area.
Although the proximity to Xcaret is advantageous, the location is far from ideal for visiting Playa de Carmen.
I strongly advise against staying here and recommend seeking alternative accommodations.
