I visited the El Dorado Maroma with my friend for a week in January 2023. Believe me, this is the best resort ever! I have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts in the Cancun/Riviera Maya area, and this resort outranks all others! The service is simply amazing, from the second you arrive until you have to leave.
We absolutely loved Manuel at the beach, who greeted us each morning and walked out with us to help us find the perfect spot for the day. He didn’t just hand us our towels - he laid them out for us on the loungers or the bali bed chosen, then adjusted the umbrella so we could be in the shade, as we preferred. He then continued checking on us throughout the day and adjusting our umbrella as the sun moved. Talk about being pampered! He was wonderful! We also loved Little D (Diego) at the beach, who brought us drinks and made us smile - he seems so happy to be there!
I can’t forget to mention the beach - it is the best beach of any resort I have stayed at! Clean, white sand, and so few people. That’s another great thing about this resort - no crowds!! It is small, quiet and relaxing. So peaceful! If you want a party resort, this is not it. It was perfect for us!
Overall, you will not be sorry if you choose this resort!!! We loved it and will return again, hopefully soon, and hopefully with my hubby next time! I can’t wait to hear those wonderful friends tell me “Welcome Home”!

The entertainment team Alex, Chris Octavio, hazael, Adrian were brilliant with us and a credit to the hotel. They provided us with everything we needed activity wise and always very positive. Also the smoothies made by Marco were incredible too and a lovely thing to have. Randy was the best waiter I have ever had at any hotel. Always very polite and checking in on us. Food at all restaurants was incredible.

Se cerchi su Google "indimenticabile", i risultati ti portano dritto a "El Dorado Maroma"! Luxury Resort esclusivo, dal servizio impeccabile e personale eccellente! Siamo venuti per la seconda parte della nostra luna di miele, oggi é il nostro ultimo giorno ma non vorremmo lasciare questo posto incantevole. Grazie in particolare a Alex, Ottavio, Omar, Christian y Harael che con discrezione e simpatia ci hanno fatto divertire e allo stesso tempo rilassare!!! Nos encanta El dorado Maroma! Andrea y Giulia

chris, octavio, omar, hazel, alex, and rene were all amazing and so fun to be around! the resort is stunning and the view was always gorgeous no matter where you were at. we loved every minute of this vacation and we will definitely be coming back !!

Excellente relaxing vacation with my wife, our first visit to an all inclusive resort on land. We enjoyed the time away visiting the El Dorado Maroma. The entire location is wonderful, from the grounds, pools, room, beach, restaurants and bars. The restaurant staff were very attentive to my wife's food allergies. Adventure center next door for water sports and reef snorkeling. Even enjoyed a visit to the on-site spa with my wife. Special shout out the the entertainment/activities staff Adrian, Leirbag, Isabel and Kevin. We participated with their paddle board stretching, water aerobics, cooking class and tie died t-shirt craft times. They were all Excellente!!!, Ah Oh!! Looking forward to a return visit.

Erik, isabell, Alex, Enrique, djjuan, leirbag were AMAZING during our stay. My husband Nick loved playing volleyball with all the activities staff each and every day. Erik and Isabell knew our names after day one and we looked forward to seeing them each day. Alexis was a wonderful server. Diego and Paulina were our favorite bartenders. The spa was beautiful and I got a wonderful massage from Marta. Overall we had an excellent experience. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable. We can't wait to come back! In my view our was not ready or checked , a number of issues outlined to the management,which they finally addressed and resolved after 2 days. Which the general manager finally resolved after various managers representatives failed to resolve. Once the manager had a clear direction it was sort with a spectacular upgrade. General comments Beach fabulous Main Pool cool in the morning but better in afternoon sun Facilities very good Restaurants, best being the Caribbean and the Italian Service excellent Would I stay again, yes Negative is the under utilised Ricky's bar, could do much more with this space

We had a complementary upgrade by the most professional management at Eldorado beach . The service was excellent and our Bungalow 1614 was everything and more you would expect from this exclusive resort. Our 2 Butlers Pillar and Ammie did everything for us during our day. The sunset view was spectacular. My only negative comment was the scrambled eggs and the texture of the steak But many more positives, the stunning views,dip pool, access to shallow water from your bungalow We will be back

We travelled here to celebrate my 50th birthday, the hotel and grounds are immaculate and the beach is beautiful. Staff work extremely hard and provide an excellent service. Our swim up room was perfect and very spacious. The choices of food in all the restaurants were superb although my favourite was breakfast at Lima Limon. The Mexican fiesta was very well organized and you could tell how much effort was made by the hotel staff. I would definitely stay here again.
