Hotel City Park, Solapur

This is a very worst experience on this hotel hotel staff is very arrogant. Blanket and bedsheet not providing they told you can arrange your own this thing.

Property is centrally located, well connected but the overall stay was average, not worth money. The good thing was breakfast but the room was below average

Apart from location of this hotel, everything is terrible, the moment you will, it will be a struggle to park your vehicle because there is no proper parking. Checkin experience was horrible as it took long for them to find booking and gentleman over counter was non professional after reaching to room i found that there is no water bottle, bedsheet and blanket are soiled so i informed the reception it took 45 minutes to get water bottle in between i had to remind them twice. There was no dental kit or tea kettle and tea bag, morning breakfast has very limited option of 2-3 items that too was served cold (sambhar has to be hot) bathroom has sealing with mould this place has past its glory and may be it was a good hotel but now this hotel is just running for the sake

Location is good, pleasant ambiance, polite staff, food quality is also good, economical and many places are very nearby

Location is good. It's just 1. 5 km away from railway station. Both the dinners we had were good in taste. Complimentary breakfast was little mediocre in taste. The only bad experience we had was on the first morning, twice we ordered tea in the room but we didn't get it. Leaving that incidence apart everything else was good.

Rooms cleanliness is poor, all old sanitary fittings which is not useable, breakfast not included in package?

Looks like good place but not well maintained. You can witness strong and unique structure here. But staff. Manager not paying attention to that. They sounded bit rude some time than very helpful. For any requirements, you have to give multiple calls. We had breakfast here in package, it was with limited spread. Taste was good. Nothing great about the property, but it have potential. Hope owner pays attention and introduce better management.
