One of the best experiences ever. The hospitality was top notch but food taste could have been better (esp in complimentary breakfast)

firstly the room we stayed was premium category as far as room size is concerned quite spacious n nice but we faced problem with water no hot water in washroom. apart from that the drainage in washroom is blocked secondly we ordered food in which hair was found, cake we got complementary which was dry n not fresh . third no light in washroom all the light are connected to one master switch so in middle of the night u have to switch on the master switches which makes u awake completely as the room light will get on with that …

I reached the location after almost a 7 hour drive from dehradun and checked in the check in experience was good the staff was good and polite but the rooms i was alloted which was 206 was besides some kind of hotel cabinet with supplies or something which made it center of hotel staff a lot of staff came and went creating a lot of noise and disturbance for me at some point i was woken up from my sleep after a long and tiring drive just because of all the sounds of staff and all around the cabinet. The washroom lights were not working only the mirror light was functional and no actions taken even after i asked them to look after it. My stay included breakfast the food was neither great nor bad. Although everything wasnt bad the staff behaviour was extremely good and polite full marks for the staff. But the property was at minimum occupation and still i was given a room with too much disturbance and the retreat stay is supposed to be a getaway and peaceful i couldnt find the peace in that room

The property is beautiful, staff is courteous and food is good. The only drawback was time taken in room service. It a place to relax and just relax. No hustle bustle of city, no vehicles, no horns. Just peace.

Away from the main town of Solan and staff was very welcoming. We stayed in the jungle pod which was great for two people
