Log cabin 1988, interior renovation done in 2023. Downstairs: living room/kitchen with one bed, toilet-dressing room (access both indoors and outdoors), wood-heated sauna with shower, open veranda.
Upstairs: bedroom with 4 beds, lobby with 3 beds, balcony.
On the barbecue shelter there are charcoal grill and wood burned grill; client brings charcoal for the barbecue by himself. The cottage has an air source heat pump. Lawn between the cottage and the beach. Barbecue shelter (with charcoal grill) on the beach.
Good opportunities for outdoor activities and fishing, as well as mushroom and berry forests nearby. There are well-maintained hiking trails in Soini, of which Arpainen is also well suited for mountain biking. Snowmobile trails also run about 7km away.
In close proximity you can find e.g. ski slope Ski Vuorenmaa 25 km, Vauhti Matin Ratsutila horse farm 34 km, Ähtäri Zoo,and Ähtäri Golf 40 km, Keskinen village shop in Tuuri 60 km, Activity park Puuhapuisto Veijari in Saarijärvi 50 km.
