Hotel in zona TechnoMagicLand, Sofia

I missed my flight at sofia airport so had to book a hotel for one night. So I went for a mid range hotel. It was better than mid range. Lovely helpful staff on reception, an aceptable price with thier discount....paid 68 euros for a large kingsize bed with onsuite bathroom. Comfortable bed, fresh pillows (very snazzy cushions too) and a nice relaxing corner sofa, reasonable TV and every thing was realyl clean. Complimentary coffee and tea, which is not the norm in Bulgaria, nice and quiet, was lovely and warm. Actualyl a bit too warm and I couldnt turn the heating down so I had to sleep wit hte fridge open to cool off as aircon didnt work. THis was the only negative for me. They did an airport pickup, but not a drop off and this nearly stopped me booking, as they should have told me this at the begining, however they were saved by the fact the metro was 4 stops to the airport and cost me 1.60 leva, so about 70p. I picked up food from the little shops in the metro, as I hit a holiday so the restaurants close by were closed. A very lovely stay and Id go there again. AND they had these lovely drop lights near the bed as side lights, some veyr nice touches, clean crisp sheets, soft towels and nice soaps etc and they dont ask you to leave till 12 lunch time. Siamo rimasti qui perché il nostro volo è arrivato tardi la notte e il nostro autobus è arrivato all'aeroporto di Sofia dopo aver chiamato l'hotel. Preferiamo prendere il autobus senza chiamare (ad esempio, è meglio se possiamo chiamare il bus con app o testo, ecc). Tuttavia, il conducente e il personale erano molto gentili e amichevoli. Il treno era molto presto, quindi abbiamo chiesto all'hotel di preparare il nostro colazione e era davvero buono! Grazie. La nostra stanza non aveva spazzole da bagno.

Beh, questo era certamente qualcosa da ricordare. Rimase qui nel maggio 2018 per una conferenza. L'hotel è un freddo era reliquia, che non avrei sicuramente prenotato se avessi avuto la scelta. Il lobby è enorme e vuoto, e le camere si diffondono su molti piani, in modo poco decorato, dandovi un senso freddo e scorrevole. La vista sulla città oscura e la sweeping, ma la posizione non è centrale e non ha offerto nulla per orientarsi. Il ristorante è molto buono con cucina locale vicino, Sofia stessa merita una visita, il centro è molto interessante e l'enorme eccellente cattedrale - vale la pena una visita per la sua scia.

Ci sono pascoli intorno, molto tranquillo, non sono timidi.

Upon arrival at the reception we had problems with the prepayment; It was not possible to pay the price without the prepayment already provided, after about 30 minutes it was possible in cash, not the preferred card payment; the employee justified this with a new computer system. The room was not air conditioned upon arrival and was quite warm; the shower does not drain normally and quickly fills up to the brim; The beds are a kind of box spring bed: for me (about 85 kg) the mattress was not comfortable. There was only few toilet paper upon arrival, so I called the reception after it was finished, but after about an hour nothing was delivered - not to be expected for a 4 star hotel! The bathroom fan is a bit noisier than I expected and should usually auto stop after a while (although it was connected to the lamp, it usually happens). The thick curtains easily detach from the suspension when closing, and the small room fridge is much too loud (noticeable at night). When exactly is breakfast should be in the folder (I didn't see it at first glance) I liked the breakfast, the orange juice could be freshly squeezed, there should be milk (and lactose free) next to the muesli, and there should also be gluten free bread, but overall good quality of the products; we didn't try the restaurant for dinner due to the high prices. fitness room: Directly the first machine on the left (for legs) doesn't work and it hasn't changed during the week's stay, although we complained, the note with this information had fallen under the bench, so not visible; but otherwise the hall is in good condition The pool is small and during the stay they closed it, it was soon announced that the pool heating would be repaired: heating at 35 degrees outside air temperature? Incomprehensible! I tried to speak to the manager but he didn't seem interested. After we asked for a discount because the pool wasn't working, at least they took away the note the next day. All in all, this hotel did not overwhelm us and we will not visit it again: high standards and beautiful pictures, but unfortunately no coverage in reality.

3 night in aparthotel for leisure. Room very nice, housekeepinh every day take off gabgage and refill everything for bathroom, maybe it wpuld be nice to clean windows propperly and below bed, but for this price is very good. Little bit outside city centre, but around is also enough to see/view. Taxi from aparthotel to city center approx 4-5-6€. Ms. Irina (I hope I wrote her name good, is great!

Ottimo territorio, per i bambini nel menu speciale dei ristoranti, tutto è molto delizioso. Ice cream fino al tramonto! Grande animazione. La sua spiaggia, grande e pulita. Piscina con riscaldamento. Tutto qui, ragazzi, qui freddo! 🤩

Siamo rimasti in questo hotel quando il nostro volo era ritardato. Organizzato dalla compagnia di viaggio a breve preavviso. Il gruppo era carge, circa 50 camere prenotate, siamo arrivati alle 4:00 e l'hotel avrebbe avuto molto poca notizia dell'arrivo del gruppo. Non possiamo colpire l'hotel e il modo in cui il personale ha trattato i cistomi stanchi e crocifissi è stato eccezionale. Molto paziente e ha trattato tutti il più rapidamente possibile. Abbiamo dato due camere gemelle, molto pulite, grandi camere di dimensioni, nessun problema con il riscaldamento dell'aria condizionata e siamo riusciti a aprire la finestra per lasciare in aria fresca. Le camere erano moderne e pulite, con doccia sopra il bagno, nessun problema. Il colazione era stile buffet, una buona selezione di cereali, tosta, pasticceria, bacon e uova, frutta, yogurt, noci, succo e bevande calde. Il personale ha servito colazione a buon fine. Albergo carino, sicuramente resta qui di nuovo.

Hotel molto nuovo e con servizi ottimi vicino a centri commerciali ma lontano dal centro. L'hotel è ubicato vicino a incrocio di strade di grande traffico durante il giorno pertanto la nostra camera era molto rumorosa. Colazione continentale scarsa nella scelta. Taxi economici (14 Leva) per il centro ma attenzione alla ”mafia dei tassisti” che ci provano sempre a chiedere almeno il doppio.
