Hotel in zona MAG Marketplace, Sofia

Upon arrival at the reception we had problems with the prepayment; It was not possible to pay the price without the prepayment already provided, after about 30 minutes it was possible in cash, not the preferred card payment; the employee justified this with a new computer system. The room was not air conditioned upon arrival and was quite warm; the shower does not drain normally and quickly fills up to the brim; The beds are a kind of box spring bed: for me (about 85 kg) the mattress was not comfortable. There was only few toilet paper upon arrival, so I called the reception after it was finished, but after about an hour nothing was delivered - not to be expected for a 4 star hotel! The bathroom fan is a bit noisier than I expected and should usually auto stop after a while (although it was connected to the lamp, it usually happens). The thick curtains easily detach from the suspension when closing, and the small room fridge is much too loud (noticeable at night). When exactly is breakfast should be in the folder (I didn't see it at first glance) I liked the breakfast, the orange juice could be freshly squeezed, there should be milk (and lactose free) next to the muesli, and there should also be gluten free bread, but overall good quality of the products; we didn't try the restaurant for dinner due to the high prices. fitness room: Directly the first machine on the left (for legs) doesn't work and it hasn't changed during the week's stay, although we complained, the note with this information had fallen under the bench, so not visible; but otherwise the hall is in good condition The pool is small and during the stay they closed it, it was soon announced that the pool heating would be repaired: heating at 35 degrees outside air temperature? Incomprehensible! I tried to speak to the manager but he didn't seem interested. After we asked for a discount because the pool wasn't working, at least they took away the note the next day. All in all, this hotel did not overwhelm us and we will not visit it again: high standards and beautiful pictures, but unfortunately no coverage in reality.

3 night in aparthotel for leisure. Room very nice, housekeepinh every day take off gabgage and refill everything for bathroom, maybe it wpuld be nice to clean windows propperly and below bed, but for this price is very good. Little bit outside city centre, but around is also enough to see/view. Taxi from aparthotel to city center approx 4-5-6€. Ms. Irina (I hope I wrote her name good, is great!

L'hotel ha un buon servizio, un servizio in camera speciale e buone strutture.Il cibo è buono tranne i dolci, che non sono troppo appetitosi.

Situato lungo la strada principale tra il terminal degli autobus e il centro della città, entrambi raggiungibili a piedi. Di fronte alla stazione della metropolitana, il trasporto è conveniente. Ci sono anche diversi supermercati nelle vicinanze. La colazione è un menu prefisso al bar. Gustoso ma richiede tempo. Quando sono partita la mattina presto, mi hanno preparato il pranzo al sacco (richiesta anticipata). Confortevole con vasca da bagno.

La stanza è pulita e igienica, il servizio è molto buono. Ci sono bagagli che aiutano il personale di bagaglio a prendere il bagaglio 🧳 È molto entusiasta. Il giorno dopo, aiutare i colleghi a guidare il bagaglio nel garage sotterraneo. L'hotel è completamente equipaggiato.

Vorrei essere un 5 stelle....ma non posso. Esperienza davvero deludente, per me, non basta una mano di pittura ed un nuovo arredamento per trasformare un vecchio 4 stelle in un buon 5 stelle. Hotel sporco, personale incapace ed inespressivo, colazione misera per qualità e quantità, ed un esperienza personale drammatica ” che devo raccontare”. Ascoltate bene! Arrivo in Hotel il 12 ottobre alle 23.55, ho una prenotazione fatta con *********** per una camera tripla in b&b ; la ragazza registra i n.3 documenti d'identità , esige il prepagamento e mi assegna finalmente la camera, salgo al pieno assegnato , e sorpresa...la camera ha solo un letto matrimoniale, scendo alla reception ed esigo una camera con 3 letti.......bene, sentite un pò ; la ragazza mi dice che non ha una tripla e che la mia prenotazione è per una deluxe matrimoniale, ma io, oltre a farle vedere la conferma di *********** le mostro una mail inviata da me direttamente in hotel, che mi risponde garantendomi che la camera ha n. 3 letti. A questo punto esigo ” come dice la legge” una prenotazione in un 5 stelle di Sofia pagato dall'hotel Maison, la ragazza fà una telefonata sale con delle lenzuola in mano, scende dopo circa 20 minuti e mi dice che ha trovato una camera a 3 letti, salgo in camera , e vedo che sono cambiate solo le lenzuola, la stanza non è stata ripulita.........sono intanto le 02.00 a.m. e decido , visto la stanchezza , di accettare la camera. Al di là della mia esperienza, l'hotel non è affatto un 5 stelle, penso non sia nemmeno colpa di Accor Hotel , ma del manager locale che non è all'altezza di gestire un hotel 5 stelle. Pubblico alcune foto per evidenziare alcune tangibili lacune, pulizia scadente , colazione misera......a proposito....se ci sono 3 tipi di latte, riso soia e vaccino......non sono un mago che lo capisco....dovete scrivere cosa offrite da mangiare e bere, poi...il frigobar vuoto in camera....in un 5 stelle.... No.....non mi sento di suggerirlo, ma mi sento di suggerirvi di correggervi.

Sono stata in qiestvhotel con i miei colleghi di lavoro per un incontro nella stupenda Sofia , devo dire che l hotet scelto mi ha soddisfatto in pieno , avevo una camera stupenda doreicuncmini appartamento per le sue dimensioni, servito di tutto , quando trovo la macchina del caffè e il bollitore per me ha già superato la prova , poi ho potuto constatare che lo staff era cortese professionale e sempre disponibile , al solito problemi con rumore della ventilazione che ahime mi è stato detto nn poterlo eliminare perché le finestre nn si aprivano , nota negativa a mio avviso l uso eccessivo do moquette che come ben si sa è un ricettacolo di batteri anche se si pulisce. Colazione direi ottima , c era di tutto davvero di alta qualità. Consiglio questo hotel sia per affari che per viaggi di piacere

Stanze ok, peccato la colazione del tutto inaccettabile con il servizio sgarbatissimo e colazione a livelli bassissimi, decidono loro cosa farti mangiare e se chiedi ti prendono pure in giro, da evitare totalmente il locale annesso per la colazione e per un eventuale pranzo/cena, probabilmente uno dei peggiori in assoluto nel centro di Sofia…comunque per quanto riguarda la posizione l’hotel va preso in considerazione, peccato che la mattina appena svegli ti trovi davanti un personale che ti rovina la giornata, totalmente inaccettabile la scelta dell’hotel di farsi affiancare per la colazione ad un simile locale gestito inadeguatamente, veramente un peccato. Comunque si ce ne accorge subito dalla cameriera che con un sorriso è pronta con il suo basso umor e la pochissima educazione a prendere in giro soprattutto i clienti che cercano di iniziare una buona giornata. Consiglio solo la struttura Hotel, per il resto state lontani dal locale annesso perché è la massima delusione in tutti i sensi. Per me un locale del genere e soprattutto il personale hanno sbagliato mestiere. Da evitare ma non da evitare semplicemente, proprio da evitare

It was an amazing accommodation for me. I came Sofia by train and the hotel is very close to the Sofia Railway Station & Bus Terminal and it took a 3-5 min to arrive with a big luggage. 9 a.m. was an early time for an check-in but the staff helped me about an early check-in and im so thankfull for it. The room was so clean and well organized. I shared the same room with my parents and there was an extra bed for me (it was comfortable) and still there was an enough space to move. The AC was a little bit old but it was working nicely, Internet connection was good and I was able to use it without interruption. The bathroom was clean. There was a lot of options in the breakfast room. I ate a lot actually and everything was so tasty! Kitchen’ door was open when i was in the breakfast area and it looked so clean to me so i never felt anxious while eating. The chef (i think her name was Sofia sorry if im wrong) was so smiley and the coffee machine wasn’t working for a reason when i was there and i asked for help, she quickly fixed the machine without me having to ask a second time. I asked to many question about the hotel, public transportation, markets etc. to the lobby staff and they answered nicely without getting tired. Hotel’ location is not the best for a trip to the Sofia Center. But at least it’s close to the Lions’ Bridge and local markets. It was a wonderfull experiance for me and I enjoyed. Probably I will prefer this hotel again when I come to Sofia.
