MPT Malwa Resort, Mandu

L'impostazione dell'hotel potrebbe essere molto buona se si facesse un GRANDE sforzo in termini di ***utenzione e pulizia (soprattutto nei bagni!) Le carte del bar e i menu sono promettenti ma purtroppo la scelta ri***e molto scarsa. L'accoglienza in generale non è molto calorosa

Iniziato con l'accoglienza. Abbiamo portato i bagagli alla reception. Poi abbiamo avuto un ragazzo dall'aspetto Haggerty per lo spostamento dei bagagli. Ho una brutta stanza con il WC rotto. Camera cambiata. La stanza aveva tutti gli insetti ***** con un enorme bruco. Non ti piacerà toccare i rubinetti sporchi. Avevamo prenotato 3 notti. Lasciato dopo una notte. A nessuno importa, a nessuno importa. Evita questo hotel

L'hotel turistico MP è molto bello. Le camere sono molto spaziose. Il personale della reception è molto collaborativo. Il bagno in camera e nella hall dovrebbe essere più pulito. L'esperienza complessiva è stata molto positiva. Vorremmo ri***ere di nuovo.

Although the hotel occupies prime real estate and is built to generous proportions, it is one of the dirtiest hotels we stayed in. The housekeeping and maintenance was abysmal. The staff are polite and helpful but totally untrained. All the people in our group complained bitterly about the cleanliness and had to ask the housekeeping to clean rooms specially. But rooms, windows, glass panes that have not been cleaned properly for months cannot be cleaned properly in an hour or two. Obviously the hotel does not have a professional housekeeping supervisor nor somebody to make sure that all lights, switches and appliances are working properly. I gave details feedback to the ***ager who was very polite and acknowledged my comments but it was clear that he did not have the faintest idea of how a hotel should be ***aged.

Entire place is very beautiful and absolutely breathtaking full of greenery and nature. we enjoyed every bit of it and stff was extremely courteous and helpful we would love to come back and experience the amazing place one more time

Nice green and vast area, rooms are spacious, neat and tidy. Bath fittings are new and are of standard make. Washrooms are neat. Linen and towels are also neat. Service is also ok. A good option to stay in ***du. There is ample parking. AC and TV are also new.

Excellent service and ***aged very nicely by them especially Sandeep ji Property is very nice and all the amenities very provided and mind boggling experience More than expected A must place to stay in ***du

This is a MP Tourism run hotel, and as has been my experience with them, is very well maintained and ***aged. The location of this resort, again as a norm, is amazing. Set besides a lake on the road leading to Rupmati Pavilion & Baz Bahadur Mahal, it is just the perfect place if you want to be in ***du. This is also perhaps the best property in ***du. The rooms are very spacious, with facilities matching upto a 4 star Hotel. The resort is undergoing a renovation and the part where we stayed in was almost done with renovation. I am sure once the entire resort renovation gets over, it will only look impressive. The in-house restaurant serves delicious fare with the right service attitude. the breakfast was good, they should add a juice in their menu though. All rooms have a huge sit-out/balcony facing the lake where one can simply sit sipping on a hot cuppa and soaking in nature. This resort is definitely worth staying.

Holiday stay at MPT Malwa Resort, ***du, MP State from 26-30.12.2021. It is nicely planned and well made by MP Tourism. It is the best hotel in ***du. However the maintenance is not upto the mark. Bathroom fittings though good are loose. Overall upkeep can be better. Food is good with good choices of veg and non-veg. Overall the maintenance needs to be improved.
