Walking distance to Minimart, Take aways, restaurants, Café, Pharmacy and Medical Centre, Tennis courts, public gym etc. Short drive to surrounding beaches, boat ramps, vineyards, golf, restaurants, regional and sculpture parks and 15 minutes to Warkworth, Matakana, weekend markets, cinema and further to Omaha, Leigh and Goat IslandAbout pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 55 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).We have 2 cats, dogs please on prior approval only.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Beautiful location and home
We had a wonderful stay, we were greeted so kindly by Robbie and Anette (Zac and Bonnie). The home was well equipped for us to make breakfast and lunch. The pull out sofa was easy to set up quickly also. So close to Snells Beach which was lovely during high tide and plenty of beaches nearby. We frequented the local bakeries and restaurants which were all conveniently nearby. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great relaxing stay
Lovely place to stay and relax and do not much. Close access to the beach and local shops/icecream etc a short drive.

Great hosts
Great accomodation with everything you need, included. Robbie and Anette were friendly and very helpful with the boat parking situation. We were even offered some free ferns! Maybe next time!
