Hotel in zona The Snaith School, Snaith

Sappiamo che saremo in ritardo per controllare quando si ferma in traffico, così chiamato per farli sapere, e hanno detto che sperava che ci andasse tutto bene e ci desiderava un viaggio sicuro - così gentile! Il bar si chiuse quando arrivammo, ma riuscimmo ancora a bere qualcosa prima di andare in camera. Anche se il negozio lungo la strada aveva un allarme che stava andando, non potevi sentire nulla dalle stanze! Un bel toccato con gli occhiali, ma anche le muffole, il caffè e le biscotti, davvero impressionato per un hotel di bilancio... e era spazioso, pulito, confortevole con l'aria che ha funzionato. La chiave di accesso alla casa e alla sicurezza alle porte principali ci ha aiutato a sentire le cose sicure per noi due signore! Mangiamo anche la sera successiva nel pub che era super veloce, veramente caldo e delizioso, così come ragionevole. In generale, non sono mai stati così felici di avere un valore per soldi in un hotel di bilancio a una buona distanza dalle strutture e un corto viaggio dal corsa, davvero freddo - grazie! :)

They can do better with the room carpet but the service was good

Very disappointed, we went there for two nights on the Bank Holiday weekend. They only told us a few days before that the restaurant would be closed due to a function so we had no time to find elsewhere. The breakfast on the first morning was so busy not much left and was awful when it came out. Seemed like the staff were running round like headless chickens. The second morning wasn't much better. When I asked foe a drink on the second day to take to the room I was told bar closed and had to go over to the pub ,owned by you. My wife had a knee replacement just a few weeks prior so walking was out of the question. So based on all this, I would not recommend and I wouldn't stay there again. Unfortunately my Sister booked the rooms so I couldn't get my Best Western points. Very dissatisfied

Absolute disgusting!! Never in my life have I stayed in such a bad, filthy, rotten Hotel. The place needs to be shut down. From the outside it looks derelict. It was a dirty & dismal & that is being polite. If it wasn't so late in the evening when we arrived. I would have asked for a refund and found another hotel for the night. We had to move rooms from one filthy one to another. I recently stayed in the Travel Lodge at York and there is no comparison.

My two sisters and I ( all of very mature years) spent an overnight spa break at this lovely hotel.Our room was excellent - lots of space with a roomy en suite . The beds were very comfortable. The views from the windows were amazing - over the lovely lakeside and park estate. The facilities are very good - swimming pool with sauna and steam-room plus jacuzzi. The spa treatments were good. Our evening meal was great ( particularly the fish pie) as was the full breakfast next morning. The final word is about the staff . Brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. Manager Chris ensured we were able to check in early and special thanks go to him . Other reception staff and those in Charlie’s bar were also excellent .

2519 Grande valore per i soldi Recensione di Astor York In attesa di Recensione stavo andando a York per il mercato di Natale e sapendo che spenderei la maggior parte del mio tempo fuori e circa, volevo che il mio alloggio fosse il più economico possibile. Un fine settimana a Astor York mi ha messo indietro meno di 40 sterline, e direi che sono grato di essere rimasto qui per più motivi che solo il prezzo basso. Non mi sono reso conto che il mercato di Natale si chiude molto presto, e mi sono ritrovato all'ostello prima di quanto mi aspettassi. Fortunatamente, c'è un'area comune dove si può guardare Netflix con gli altri ospiti – un bel trattamento alla fine di un giorno freddo. Mi sono acconsentito a essere un po' rimosso dalle vecchie bagni che sembravano direttamente fuori dal 1960s. Ma l'ostello era pulito e ben mantenuto. Il mio dorm 30-bed non mi sentiva troppo pieno, e sono grato per le gabbie sotto le letti. Il mio unico influsso sulla camera da letto sarebbe la mancanza di socket e di luci nei letti; non potevo caricare il mio telefono, perché ero sul pannello superiore, quindi dovevo farlo nella zona comune. Mentre mi serviva solo il frigo, sembrava che la cucina fosse ben rifornita e spaziale, e c’era anche un piccolo bar che faceva un’ora felice, anche se non l’ho mai fatto abbastanza presto per sfruttare. La posizione è a pochi passi dal centro di York, ma è una strada molto facile, ed è anche conveniente per accedere alla stazione ferroviaria. Mi consiglio di salire un po' prima e di camminare lungo il muro antico di Micklegate, che non è lontano dall'ostello. In generale, il mio soggiorno è stato un grande valore per i soldi e consiglio Astor York a qualsiasi viaggiatore solitario.
