We found The Collins House online accidently while trying to find a location midway between our home and our final destination, Nashville, TN. What a gem we found. The Collins House was amazing! We loved our stay so much we booked the same room on our return trip home. Carol and Rod were so warm and welcoming. They made you feel like you were staying with old friends. The B & B was impeccably clean and comfortable. And, breakfast…oh my goodness, amazing as well!

We had a fabulous visit! We could not have asked for a more perfect stay. The inn is immaculately clean, the innkeepers Carol and Rod are gracious and friendly, and the breakfasts are delectable and beautifully presented. It was one of the best experiences at a B & B we have ever had. Every aspect of our visit surpassed our expectations. Thank you!

Had a lovely 7-night stay at the Collins House B&B while I participated in a guitar-building workshop at the nearby Wayne C. Henderson School of Appalachian Arts. What's not to like? Large, clean, and well-appointed rooms; homey decor throughout the house; great breakfasts; and centrally located in Marion. Best of all were the friendly and helpful owners, Carol and Rob, who made me feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Carol and Rod were gracious welcoming hosts. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. They went the extra step of celebrating my birthday with a special breakfast treat and candle. Their afternoon cookies were excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the sunshine while eating them! The B & B is an easy walk to restaurants on Main Street. The sitting areas in their home are comfortable, and I enjoyed sitting in front of the gas fireplace with a cup of coffee. Carol and Rod worked to make our stay wonderful. They were very customer oriented and kind.

Carol and Rod were phenomenal hosts and the house itself was beautiful. My room was very cozy and welcoming. The room was in great order and the bathroom was so warm and cozy. My bathroom floor was so warm it felt as though it was already heated. I absolutely recommend this Bed and Breakfast for anyone looking to go to a cute little town like Marion.

Beautifully appointed immaculate B&B in the heart of Marion. The innkeepers Carol and Rodney were awesome, the breakfasts were melt in your mouth delicious and oh so filling! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You will not regret staying here in this lovely inn!

Carol & Rob are top notch hosts. The Collins House is beautiful, well maintained and spotless. Sleeping accommodations are impeccable. We had a wonderful breakfast worthy of any 5-star restaurant. This will be our “go-to” destination whenever we visit the area.

My boyfriend and I had a pleasure of staying at the Collins House. We only stayed for one night and Carol and Rod made it the best! We had to come in late and they were able to check us in later. The room was comfortable and perfect for the two of us. I wish we were able to stay longer to have a chance to enjoy the house and cute town more. Will definitely be back in the future!

On our way to Nashville, I took my husband to this beautiful inn that I raved about when I visited Marion in August 2022. He fell in love with the Inn and the whole town in general. Carol and Rod are exceptional hosts. I stayed in the LP, where I stayed before so my husband could have the experience also! I am a little late with this review, but I just learned that parts of Marion were affected by Helene. I pray for all of the souls affected by this horrendous storm including this sweet town. Prayers for all!!!!
