Good for staying

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting in slough and Windsor. Its very close to railway station and heathrow airport.

Service was very bad, I had request but no body answer me.

it’s a tiny small room. sometimes a bit noisy but not often

This is without a doubt THE most vile place I have had the misfortune to stay. Cheap, yes. Cheerful, anything but. I can't even find the words to fully articulate the environment and bedroom. I did not remove my shoes for the whole night and I even contemplated sleeping in my car. Suffice to say that this place needs to be shut down.

Dirty, smelly, rusted. Had an awful experience. Would never step foot there ever again.

I went for a party organised by our family friend. The venue, decor, service and food everything was excellent. Location is very convenient with ample free parking. Would definitely recommend it to others.

The worst stay ever! I would never stay here again. I know I had a chea room but I wasn't expecting it to be this poor. The pillows are the hardest. All night people are talking, music playing in the early hours. Water was cold. Smelling of **** in the room gave me a headache. Receptionist didn't know what to do, he offered me a free drink from the machine and a air freshner. Didnt offer another room. He asked for 20mins to get us hot water. 20mins later, we still had cold water. Walls are dirty. Tv isnt even straight on the wall. The bathroom is tired looking. Even the mirror in the room had marks on it. Cant describe the smell in the room but I can say it wasnt the freshest. We ended up having a cold shower and just wanted to get out of there! The light switch is directly behind the headboard so when you lean on the headboard it flips the switch to turning the lights on. Bathroom light doesn't turn off at all. Extractor fan doesnt work either. Oh and the phone doesn't even work.

Adequate hotel for the price. Mattress and pillow were slightly uncomfortable. Due to the hotel being a wedding venue, I was kept up at night due to the wedding music from below.

긴 산책길과 사생활 보호가 잘 되는 점이 유일하게 가장 큰 장점이라고 생각합니다. 다만 1층이라서 벌레가 많고 공사 때문에 소음이 심했던 적이 있습니다.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!! we paid for our booking 10 months prior and they said they didn’t have a booking for us. Even though I had proof of receipt!! Staff were so rude. I rang up 2 weeks prior to confirm booking and ask about parking which was confirmed. When we arrived there was a big wedding on and they said we did not book a room and they have nothing on their system. I have proof of receipt and confirmation. The staff didn’t care and told us to contact ********** which we did. They also had the booking confirmed but when they tried to call the hotel, they said the hotel was ignorant and didn’t want to know. We ended up having to sleep in our car for the night due to this. Absolute disgraceful hotel. Looks nice on pictures but in person the building looks like it’s falling apart!!

Do not book. It’s a waste of money, it’s dirty and stains on the walls features missing in the bathroom and no plug in the sink. It’s a shame because it’s a nice building. in the light above the bed, only one of the free bulbs work.
