No hotel amenities were available. No slippers, toothbrush, no room telephone no any single thing. The staff strictly mentioned that they couldn’t even check in a minute earlier If the check-in time was 3 pm.
No European or Chinese socket was available in the hotel (no spare one or portable available ), Had to go to a new location to buy one. The hotel staff wasn’t very friendly and straightforward. I may never gonna use any Premier Inn hotel ever again.

This is one of the best Premier Inns I have been to. The staff are always so professional and friendly, going above and beyond to help customers. The place is well kept and the quality of service is excellent. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay or even a bar/restaurantz

Stayed here to go to legoland for two days. Excellent service by a staff member, francissco at this hotel - went above and beyond for us during our 2 night stay. The rooms were very clean and tidy, beds very comfy and plenty of room. The rooms were very humid and hot though, there was air con but had to turn off in the night and we were all struggling to breathe (could only open window very slightly) The buffet breakfast was delicious and the evening meals were ok, I would say have a curry instead of steak haha! Enjoyed our visit - thank you!

The hotel is well located with on site parking which is really helpful, though you have to pay £8 per night. The hotel is pretty rough and ready and is in need of refurbishment as most areas are tired, including the bedroom which looked like an empty house with a bed in - not exactly homely. The bed was good and the en-suite facilities worked fine, though the fan made a loud noise. The bar staff made us feel like an inconvenience and we were happy to leave the bar area. Generally a poor experience but it was cheap and you get what you pay for.

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Food was beautiful. We had steak and it melted in your mouth. Breakfast was great and hot. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. From the greeting when we walked in until the moment we left. Nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Franky for making our stay memorable. Even the manger got involved clearing up and helping the staff.

Stayed at PI Slough over the weekend as part of a trip to Windsor and LEGOLAND. Great location for both. Slough itself a bit of a strange town, very diverse. Hotel and staff could not really be faulted with regards to exceptionally friendly and pleasant staff and cleanliness. Food, basic but OK. My only criticism would be the need to pay £8 per day parking and that menu seemed a bit limited and a bit pricey for basic food. However, the meals we had were nicely cooked and presented. Stayed here some years ago but things have improved greatly since our last visit. For anyone visiting the area for Windsor / LEGOLAND would recommend as a good stop over location. Karl

I've stayed in lots of Premier Inns and this has given the best service of all of them. Every staff member was really helpful, polite and really friendly! The duty manager - Snezhana, has a brilliant team. Would definately stay here again!!!
