Adiacente a Londra Heathrow T5, a circa 15 minuti di taxi, la camera è pulita e ordinata, l'atteggiamento del servizio di reception è molto buono, ma l'aria condizionata è un po' scarsa e il prezzo è alto! ! ……Se ti trasferisci a Heathrow T5, devi rimanere di notte, questa è un'ottima scelta

Ciao, Questo hotel è molto bello, il personale è molto amichevole e utile, Specialmente l'uomo in ricezione chiamato Dickson, E' un uomo molto bello e molto utile, Devo raccomandare questo posto. Coz è molto vicino a tutte le strutture e vicino all'autostrada per andare a Londra e Windsor, 👍👍👍👍

La camera del club è eccellente, grande, ma può fare con un bagno più grande e difficilmente, più illuminante. Il riscaldamento non funzionava bene, ma la prima notte, noi lo riportammo, ci diede un riscaldatore di petrolio e lo ordinarono la mattina quando li avvertii di nuovo. Avevamo bevande di complimento gratis, potevamo scegliere solo da casa vino a casa birra, sarebbe stato meglio avere una scelta di vino come un bicchiere di Prosecco, Short Spirit e qualsiasi altro Grandi/Beer ecc ... Il personale era molto amichevole, e utile, il letto era comodo, ma i Pillows sono davvero cattivi, mi lasciano con un collo sinistro cattivo dalla prima notte fino a che non torno a casa, il collo sta diventando meglio. Rimarrei in questo hotel, perché lo apprezzo davvero, indipendentemente da qualche trucco. Il fatto è che il personale ha corretto la questione, ove possibile, una volta acquistato alla loro attenzione. Ho anche chiesto il checkout tardivo che hanno offerto. Grazie per il soggiorno rimborsabile.

Il hotel era pulito e il servizio era il 2° a nessuno. Il personale era brillante Agnelo non poteva fare abbastanza per rendere il vostro soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Daljeet era una favolosa attenta e utile e che una signora piacevole. La ultima, ma non meno importante, Laura era molto obbligatoria e utile durante il checkout. Cercherò sempre di guardare e rimanere all'amoxi, dopo aver sperimentato un soggiorno meraviglioso confortevole e lussuoso, molto pulito e tempestoso con grandi attrazioni.

Good location, just ok for a night or two for solo, very small room and even smaller bathroom... Extremely basic amenities. Although the service staff is quite good, very courteous and helpful at check in (Hina🙏), breakfast (impressive intern Temp staff, she was doing a Master's at Norwich), and at checkout (Supriya ji 🙂). Breakfast is fine as usual. If only the rooms were a bit more spacious and comfortable, this place would have been the ideal for staying at Slough, but that's not so.

I have stayed many times at the Residence Inn Slough with my most recent stay being for over two months. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and perfect for long stays. There is a large open plan area on the top floor to relax or do some work during the day and they have recently opened a restaurant in the evenings with a decent food menu. All this is in addition to having full access to the Moxy hotel bar and restaurant on the ground floor with a standard drinks menu and food. The staff are absolutely brilliant…couldn’t be more friendly if they tried. Staying for over two months my own experience and my observations, it doesn’t matter if you’re staying one night or 80 nights - the staff take the time to interact with and get to know every guest. Thanks very much to Chris, Angel, Brice, Harry, Jess and every member of their team for their hospitality….i’ll definitely be back.

Abbiamo contattato questo hotel in anticipo per combinare molte prenotazioni effettuate attraverso diverse fonti in 1. Purtroppo, a causa di un ritardo di volo, non siamo arrivati all'hotel fino a circa 3 pm. E poi ci ha preso 2.5 agenti di desk front circa 40 minuti per controllare e fare quello che abbiamo chiesto bene in anticipo. Ci hanno detto che non potevamo fare colazione gratuita, anche se dopo ho visto nella conferma del viaggio che era chiaramente detto che il colazione era incluso, il livello di incompetenza delle loro cose è superato solo da quanto le loro stanze siano obsoleti. Ci ha sorpreso piacevolmente di avere un'uscita di stile americano in camera, ma siamo stati rapidamente scoperti che era davvero l'unica buona uscita. Gli usb e i usciti regolari erano così vecchi, tutti i caricatori mostravano ore e ore di tempo di carica previsto. Per qualsiasi motivo, l'aria si rilassava a 15C ogni giorno. Da parte positiva, devo dire che la posizione di questo hotel, che è a 10-15 minuti di auto dalla linea Elizabeth, Heathrow, Windsor e il WB Harry Potter è proprio grande! Spero solo che le riparazioni in corso saranno molto più complete di quelle degli aggiornamenti dell'edificio.

Che sconvolgente esperienza! Abbiamo fatto un volo tardivo da Heathrow, così questa stanza è stata prenotata per noi. La stanza stessa sembra passabile all'arrivo, ma poi il dramma si è sviluppato. La stanza era calda, ma se si apriva una finestra, il rumore proveniente dall’esterno era insopportabile. L'odore era eccessivamente potente - il frigo fornito non era stato aperto né inserito per anni. Tra i quattro punti di contatto della stanza uno era stato montato, il secondo aveva un televisore e un caldaio collegato, il terzo era libero nella parete e il commutatore non funzionava rendendo uno in ordine di lavoro. Il bagno era piccolo e sporco, la porta non poteva chiudere correttamente, mentre il quadro della porta era rotto. Il doccia non aveva copertura d’acqua e l’odore era proveniente da lì. Il bagno non aveva un flussore, dovevamo inserire i nostri dita nel buco per premere una pinza! Il ristorante si chiuse quando siamo arrivati e non ci fu alcun aiuto per quanto riguarda il luogo in cui potevamo avere un pasto tardi, in un'esperienza terribile, che non succederà più.

The Pinewood Hotel is a housing estate waiting to happen. From staff lacking in the most basic of customer service skills to a cute rat routing about under the fake Christmas tree pinned in the flower bed outside the entrance. This hotel was almost empty on one of the busiest weekends of the year for the king's concert. They couldn't find our booking and refused to acknowledge the paid-for email from booking.com. They made no attempt whatsoever to help whilst I spent an hour on the phone trying to get it sorted. But as they had hiked sub £80 pricing most of the year to £300 plus, their revenue-raising exercise backfired big time. During my time getting increasingly annoyed at the absolute lack of any attempt at customer service, I got to see the poorly mended ceiling from upstairs leaks, the dated decor, and the cracked flooring tiles in the main reception. As well as filthy signs on the windows at the main entrance. The lift is obviously expected to be out of use for some time as they had turned it into a feature with a light-up unit in front stopping you from getting in. That was if you got past the empty car park with a huge hole surrounded by metal barriers, cracked containers for dying plants, and the delivery driver bringing food to the sole inhabitant we saw. The 70s pub-style dining area was totally empty, and the outside area overlooking a lovely meadow area was shabby and despite sunshine - absolutely devoid of any guests.. The welcome was marred by a pervading smell of cooking oil and as you walk from the car park to the entrance, a window at the back of the reception area has an unusual way of blocking people from seeing in with a collection of tesco carrier bags instead of a curtain. Pictures on various sites are of an era long gone - add appalling service and you can do much better elsewhere. I would be surprised if it lasts much longer as a hotel. This hotel clearly doesn't want guests and will make a great housing development for anyone looking at developing in that area. It has a fabulous selection of wildlife, from various colourful birds making nests, to furry creatures running around outside the entrance, so it would be a beautiful spot for a development. Having read some of the other reviews saying ”filthy” ”easy to get away from” ”tired” ”drinks terribly expensive” ”electrical testing 4 year's out of date” ”outside door propped open all night” ”practically falling apart” - I guess we got away lightly. What it isn't is - their description: A 4* hotel (REALLY?) Luxurious setting (I TOTALLY DISAGREE stained reception ceiling badly mended with no luxury at all) in a tranquil location (Yes agreed) Designed with elegant interiors and a unique approach (maybe once upon a time but not now) Just off the A412 ( erm just on the A412) The Brasserie provides an informal dining experience (looks like a 70s cafe and guests ordered takeaway) Free car parking (yep lots of it was almost empty and more space was taken by a huge

Arrivato tardi ( mezzanotte) dopo ritardi di volo. Check-in in coda ... circa 25 minuti. La stanza era molto fredda - nessun riscaldamento a tutti nonostante la prenotazione precedente. Bella ubicazione, ma solo una socket USB lavorando. Molto costoso per quello che ho ottenuto. La doccia era buona, ma ci ho voluto un po' per riscaldare... Non potevo capire come sollevare il piatto, quindi il bagno era pieno di acqua da doccia e dovevo lasciarlo come quando ho controllato.
