非常舒適的小酒店 🏨就在河邊 風景優美 小鎮不大 半小時可以全部走完 酒店旁邊的河堤公園非常美 下面的歺廳便宜又好吃

這間酒店位置很好，在市中心，可惜這個鎭沒什麼景點😔，但酒店的設施則很差，第一間房洗手間出水很慢，投訴後給我們換咗第二間，房較大，但無暖氣，原來部機由接待處控制開關，職員忘記開掣😅，同埋浴室個暖爐開唔到，當日只有3度，前後換了3間房都係咁😤

Beautiful modern and stylish decor. I’ve stayed in this hotel many time before it’s refurbishment. Lovely friendly reception staff, nice welcoming atmosphere. Great location. We had lunch in the north restaurant and what we had was not value for money at all. So I would try somewhere else for lunch. The breakfast was lovely and I hope to return soon and visit the spa when treatments are available.

Very overpriced £207 for an night in a attic room that was soo small and claustrophobic This did not include breakfast ..Had no blinds on windows was wakened at 7am with strong sun beaming in my eyes .At 12.15 am a fire alarm went off and I rang reception to see what was happening and there was no answer .I went down 4 flights of stairs along with a lot of other residents who were frightened one of them being a firefighter who advised us not to use lifts .when we got to ground floor there wasn't a staff member to be seen only a barman who hadn't a clue what was happening. This is totally unacceptable as I am disabled .Had there been a fire I dread to think how everyone would have got out .No car parking facilities either had to park at a nearby hotel .Faulty towers springs to mind would never stay here again ..

Beautiful hotel! Soon as you walk in it felt Lux but not too fancy for normal travel. The decor was so cozy and pretty. The staff were amazing, inviting and so friendly. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and really enjoyed it, best flat white of our trip. The rooms were comfortable and roomy. We had a family style suite. Nice location to walk to many restaurants, pubs and shops. Would definitely stay again.

What a gem! I stayed at The Address in Sligo for 6 nights, as I dropped off my daughter in Sligo for university. The staff, all the staff, is exceptional, I can't say enough about how welcoming and courteous everyone is in that hotel. The restaurant is equally as fantastic, all the meals I had, sometimes accompanied by my daughter and her friends were nothing shy of fantastic, and the portions very generous. The room I had, was comfortable, clean and cozy. I highly recommend this establishment, I will most certainly return.

I hate leaving negative reviews however I feel I must in this case. I had a very bad experience at this hotel recently while on a business trip. An especially unhelpful receptionist upon check in seemed to set the prescient for my entire stay. The noise from the rooms, bad breakfast and unfriendly, unhelpful staff are but a few complaints I had. I emailed the hotel before giving a bad review on TA, however 9 days later I received no response from them, I have emailed again but I am doubtful I will hear anything at all. I would absolutely not stay here again for business or pleasure.

We went to visit a family in Sligo and decided last minute to stay for a night on Tuesday, the price it’s not reflecting the quality, room very small, no complimentary water, not even give you breakfast. The hotel not totally completed still some work going on. Our room was very small no air conditioning so we have to open the windows but so noisy so we couldn’t sleep. If you’re going to charge should provide the service.

We visited this hotel- only for walk-in breakfast on a Sunday morning. I hate to complain but it was awful. The sausages were rock hard and were like they had been cooked 4 times. The 1/2 a rasher we got would break your teeth and the eggs could have been used as frisbees. We left most of it - unheard of for my husband! No one asked if everything was ok. Fabulous decor and location which made it all the more disappointing.

All the staff are lovely and really made our stay. I have to single out Alana in particular, such a welcoming smile at reception upon our arrival and nothing was too much trouble. The Address is a beautiful hotel and is very tastefully decorated. Food was amazing.

Great location staff was first rate. Comfortable room decent breakfast. Many fine places to eat right outside the door. Great pubs in walking distance. It’s an excellent location to use as a home base for a golfing trip with many courses in easy driving distance

Immaculate cleanliness, fresh and trendy interior, superb comfort in prime location. Breakfast was freshly cooked, so piping hot, as was the coffee.The staff were really friendly and helpful. We are so happy to find this gem of a hotel, as we love sligo.

Newly refurbished! Room perfect! Short menu but everything individually cooked to order, including breakfast (not buffet!). Better communication needed re the temporary absence of car parking and the alternative at the Glasshouse public carpark!
