The hotel is worth every penny. Highlights: # the pool is nice and long, you can get in a good lap or two. # the elevators and corridors are heavenly scented. # not sure how old the hotel is, but it is well maintained and of superior cleanliness. # the in-house coffee shop is a brilliant addition to the hotel. Improvements: # better internet connection 🙃 # more variety and better, constant recipes for the menu. Certain items were good one day and not so good the next day.

Il servizio, il luogo, l'impianto e i cibi sono buoni. La cosa che mi dà buona esperienza è il delizioso cibo. Uno di cui devi aggiungere è la sala di preghiera islamica e il posto per wudhu. Inoltre, ci sono bisogno di più spazio nel bagno, solo 2 camere disponibili che possiamo usare per centinaia di noi.

This trip to Yogyakarta was short but very pleasant, thanks to Grand Mercure Yogyakarta. I usually stay in other Accor's hotel in Yogyakarta, but this time, I opt to try to stay in Grand Mercure. The check in process was smooth and super fast. The FOM even also attended me at that time, ensuring that my checking in process was pleasant. They had dedicated desk for Accor member avoiding long queue in the regular check-in counter. Too bad, they couldn't upgrade me to executive room or beyond, due to their high occupancy. The room was in the Premium Deluxe. It was nice, clean, and comfy, although it was not too sound-proof. So you could be disturbed with children running around and shouting in the hallway. Bathroom amenities was quite good for a deluxe room, hoping that they would provide a better one in the higher-level room. They had gym facility, but the operational hours were so limited. They even closed at 11 am to 3 pm. Too bad... They should prolong the operational hour for the gym tho, accommodated with access card, perhaps. The afternoon tea service was provided from 5 - 7 pm, with selection of fritters and small cut of cakes from their selection. Small is literally small, but since I came alone, the food provided was more than enough. For welcome drink selections, alcoholic beverages was provided for platinum member. Love this one!!! The staffs in their bar and lounge were so helpful and cater to all I needed. Thumbs up for them... To my surprise, they provided me a dedicated table for breakfast with my name written on the table. This never could be found in other Accor Hotel. Love also the services provided during my breakfast time. the chef was also good serving my 'delicate' eggs. Check-out process was also super fast. Even another manager was attended at that time greeted me and asked me about their services and facilities during my stay. Overall, this very short trip was very delightful, again, thanks to Grand Mercure Yogyakarta. Definitely gonna stay there again... Rimasi per un evento culturale per 5 giorni. era un grande soggiorno, camere molto belle, all'interno della zona universitaria, quindi mi sento sicuro che sia sicuro. Il personale e i servizi in camera erano molto bello e buono. Qui è molto comodo.

We were greeted warmly on arrival by Septi who arranged our check-in. We were told our rooms were not ready as we arrived well before the check-in time at 3pm. We went to Marioboro, the main shopping street in the city. And we're notified by WhataApp when our room is ready. We were assigned a room on the 6th floor that has a beautiful view of the pool and golf course. The hotel has a large compound and is designed like a resort. It is old but everything works. The facilities are all not far away. You don't get these in new hotels anymore. The breakfast was were good with a good spread of local and international fare and daily change of menu. We enjoyed 3 breakfasts during our stay. Overall all the staff were friendly and gave their best warm service with a smile. We felt very relaxed and welcomed. Keep it up Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta!

This is the best hotel to go to... right beside the mall.. the most convenient location to stay in Yogyakarta ! Great Service great food !
