As soon as we walked into our DELUXE room 204, which we paid £240.00 extra for we was so disappointed. The smell hit us first. It smelt like an old peoples home. The mirror was FILTHY. The bed was almost on the floor. The very low drawers opened from the bottom, making it very difficult to open. The bathroom smelt even worse than the room. There was a bath with a crack on it and a plug that didn't work. The shower cable was loose. The toilet was stained. The toilet seat was cracked. It was replaced with a trampoline seat. It didn't fit correctly. We was told it was a special toilet and a seat had to be made in Athens and would take a few weeks to come. The flush button on the toilet stuck each time you pressed it.It was replaced a few days later. There was two sinks, each with plugs that didn't work. They were fixed into the second week of our holiday. The overflow holes on the sinks, one had a chrome finish the other didn't. These were disgraceful. Very dirty, as was the same around the taps. The bathroom mirror was grubby. The door was warped. The small cheap shower curtain was smelly and didn't cover all the bath area. My wife got locked in the bathroom as the door knobs I am sure came off Noah's Ark, got jammed. To be fair the non speaking no smile maintenance man came immediately to get my wife out. Needless to say we daren't close the bathroom door after that. Not good and not private. The cleaner came the next morning to clean the mirror, but it was still filthy. The fridge was broken. That was replaced immediately. The breakfast was awful. Food like beans and what should have been bacon and sausages were cold. Out of the fourteen days we stayed there fried eggs were served once. They weren't cooked properly and was cold. The bread choice was appalling and minimal, guests had to keep asking for more. One salt pot for ALL guests, until I rang Tui, then the next morning each table had a salt pot on it. The water tasted like IZAL, meaning all fruit juices also tasted of Izal. We had to buy our own water and orange juice and take that down to breakfast. We witnessed THREE couples arrive and leave the same day as this so called hotel was that bad. Guests were all of the same opinion, the rooms were shocking, as was the surrounding ares and the breakfast. The pool was a strange colour, and no one cleaned it in the fourteen days we were there. No water checks were done on it. When the wind blew the parasols over they were left causing a trip hazard. No one seemed to care, and this shows in volumes with the whole of the building. Windows all blown, looking filthy. You had to go to reception for toilet rooms. There was no blankets in the room, although they did bring them when asked for. We were told we couldn't sit in the bar area once the bar had closed, therefore we had to go on our balcony then we had people in the next rooms telling us to go inside our rooms. The bar man Mario was extremely rude and arrogant. He refused to serve my sister with d
