Creta Royal - Adults Only

This was the second time we visited the hotel, and we were very pleased with our room. One drawback was that the room was over the eating area, so at 7 o'clock in the morning, one could hear the cleaning staff. We enjoyed the luxury of the saltwater pool and the friendly service of Maria and Labrini especially. The beds are very comfortable, and although the TV has many channels, there's one drawback: one cannot adjust the volume. Live music was given once or twice a week and was very enjoyable to watch and listen to. We appreciated the hard work of the employees after the huge dust storm to clean up the eating area and the pool area. Within a day, it looked a lot better. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a leisurely vacation.

Our second stay at this wonderful hotel and it was just as good, if not better, than our first in 2023. Staff are superb, very attentive, polite and helpful, and everyone is sooo friendly! Facilities are great, food is wonderful and there is a good choice of drinks including some premium brand spirits. I sincerely hope we will return here one day (sadly not this year) as we absolutely love this hotel!!!

Lovely hotel, small friendly and the food is beautifuly prepared and delicious. However, my complaint is a promised mini bar with two cans of beer for 2 weeks on fully all inclusive break is a total let down. It said mini bar when we booked and we just got a fridge. Especially if you have booked a room with its own swim up pool. It isnt suitable to pop to the bar 100 yds away for a drink. Just not happy campers at all.

Perfect location on the beach with wonderful sea views from your sun bed. The staff are so friendly and welcoming always on hand to help. The hotel never feels crowded even if it is busy. The two pools are small there’s enough room to swim lengths in or just cool down in which is all we needed. There are plenty of sun beds no sun bed wars here. There’s so many spread out over the gardens and the beach you can always find some. Bar service is good never had to wait long for a drink. Great selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. As a non drinker it can be monotonous in an AI here you have mock tails , soda water and decent coffee as well as the usual coke etc The food is excellent great selection every day all buffet which suits us. The desserts are fantastic. There was a bbq night around the pool on Thursday the effort made was incredible totally transformed the area. The food was all served buffet style outside and the staff were as attentive as always. There was entertainment on Sunday and Thursday a singer guitarist and a keyboard which were great. If you want a lively hotel with West End style entertainment this is most definitely not for you! If you want a quiet relaxing break in wonderful surroundings with a friendly laid back atmosphere this is for you. The majority of guests are German we saw no British here not sure if that would effect a holiday certainly wasn’t an issue for us. The garden room we stayed in was recently renovated and had everything you need. Our room was cleaned everyday to a high standard and I am fussy ! Minibar had 2 beers and some non alcoholic drinks didn’t really use it as drank in the bar. This isn’t the kind of place to come to if you want to drink loads and party you’d be very bored and frustrated!!!! We are booking again for next year.

We have just come back and what a lovely holiday we had. The staff are exceptional, the food menu is not large but the quality is 5*. This hotel was so peaceful and quiet, we had the private pool room and there was no getting up early to claim your sunbeds as they had far more than needed even on the beach, so a stroll to the beach after breakfast to claim a sunbed was enough. We have travelled abroad for many years and this hotel is definitely one of the most relaxing we have been to. We found this hotel as a peaceful retreat that is not massive and not noisy and we will be going back next year.

We are scheduled to go this coming Friday. A war broke out in the country we are living in (Israel). All flights have been canceled so our flight to Greece has been canceled. We tried 10 days in advance to get our money back for the pre-payed reservation. They refused to refund the money. DO NOT PREPAY THEM FOR A RESERVATION. if an emergency happens you will not get a refund.
