Sivota Diamond Spa Resort

位置尚可，但是套房反而沒有景色，另外酒店衞生條件差，前個租客白色毛髮到處都是，三天都沒清理完！早餐也很一般，咖啡很差！

From arriving at the hotel we instantly felt welcomed and relaxed and the view over the pools, sea and mountains is beautiful. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and all the staff are very friendly. Special mention to Nena and Dimitris who looked after us very well by the pool and bar area. The reception staff also very friendly and helpful (sorry didn’t get your names to mention you) . Good choice at breakfast buffet and the food at the snack bar was lovely. Quite a steep hill to walk to the town but Reception will book you a taxi for 4 or 5 Euros. Thank you for a lovely holiday - The Edgars & Mccarthys

This a lovely hotel with no major down sides but enough of them to make it a 4 not a 5 We had a villa with a private pool which was fantastic with lovely views down to the coast The pool was of a good size and was very well kept The hotel staff were very good, arranging car hire and checking availability of beds at nearby beaches Maybe not for everyone but to have a fox visit at night for a look around the garden was lovely Reason for not giving it a 5 are below. On their own none of them were major but together they added up The Villa was excellent but the bathroom felt very dated with a very small corner shower with a door that didn’t really work. For the price of the Villa I’d have expected a more luxurious walk in shower. The breakfast stopped serving at 10am which felt quite early compared to other hotels we use. After a week it felt quite bland with no real variation (other than the vegetables that were presumably left over from the previous evening) Quite often the food was warm or nearly cold. The TV lost reception on numerous occasions and for several days we only had Greek TV The Hill ! We had read the comments but as regular walkers we dismissed the concern, but it is very steep ! If you look on Google earth it’s actually 3 hills - the main road followed by a smaller road to the hotel entrance then one from the entrance to the hotel to the reception. As there are no bars or shops close to the hotel it meant a walk into the centre if you wanted lunch away from the hotel or even just to buy some water for your room (no daily water provided in the rooms). At night after a few drinks and meal it really wasn’t a pleasant thought to walk back up the hill. It’s €5 for a taxi back so not a major cost, but on a few occasions there was quite a long queue so all a bit of a faff just to get back to the hotel Overall Sivota is beautiful and the hotel is great, many of the minor issues are really minor and not everyone may agree - but be ready for that hill !
