Sivota Diamond Spa Resort

Really a Weird place even if the building is incredible. Breakfast not good, no Fresh juice , sirup concentrate machine, except the young staff, for a five stars, they talk english really bad and they dont try to be more understable. Not a 5 stars definitly. Day receptionnist makes really feel inconfortable. Really too familiar and, just weird… My wife had her hair burnt by the low cost haïr dryer and when hé came help pulling up her haïr, she lost some hair!!!! it was really funny for him and make jokes till our depart. A shame.

Stayed for a week at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were great and the exceptional staff always going the extra mile, especially one of the bar staff Kyriakos, a great member of the team that always did his best to make sure our holiday was as enjoyable as it could be!

Went to Syvota Diamond resort in September for 7 nights. From the moment we arrived to departure you could not have wished for a better hotel and staff. All the staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. We stayed half board. the selection at breakfast and at dinner was amazing. Plenty of choice and as must as you wanted. The pool bar was great with drinks and good snack menu. We stayed in the royal villa with private pool. Plenty of room and the bed so comfortable. Cleanliness was amazing and the room was always clean. The pool for the villa was plenty big enough, but if there was anything to say it was that the pool was far to cold as it did not get much sun, the sea was warmer. But we would certainly stay again as the views from the hotel were amazing. Thank you to the amazing staff who made our stay so amazing.

We had a fantastic trip to Sivota Diamond Spa in late August. A friend and I spent a week here and we were so well looked after the whole time. The place is stunning with the best pool views I've ever seen. The staff are helpful and friendly and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable and easy. Special thanks to the Reception staff, including Albina and Jose, and also the bar staff who kept us well-supplied with cocktails and snacks; Vasiliki, Alexandra, Ilias, Vasiliki and Kuriakos. They were all lovely, attentive and so generous in speaking (brilliant) English in the face of our (almost non-existent) Greek. We would love to come back again.

Sivota Diamon spa is a very nice hotel with a stunning view! Even the View restaurant is very good. The pools are nice and the pool beds also. Cleaning of the rooms are great and the service is over all very good. We really recommend to rent a boat during the stay also!

My wife and I stayed for 7 nights in an Executive room with stunning sea views. The views from the hotel are terrific probably the best from any hotel we have stayed in. The hotel is spotless and well cared for. The hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. We stayed bed and breakfast but ate evening meal once at the hotel. Lots of other people used the restaurant and seemed pleased with it. The hotel is set on a steep hill outside of Sivota. We walked into Sivota of a night and got a taxi back (5 euros). Some people did walk back but regretted it later. The Taxi rank in Sivota could be busy some nights but worth the wait. Plenty of sun beds and a separate adults section round the pool area of the hotel. The Danish tour operator guides did turn up one day to perform for the kids and blast everyone out but I must give them marks for effort in the heat. We were disappointed that on some days techno beat music was blasted out round the pools and pool bar. It seemed strange the hotel allowed this as they ask you to "come and relax" but maybe they vary it to suit all age groups. The other main issue we had was the hotel advising us on the day we arrived that a wedding would be taking place on the Friday at the hotel. (It does say in the brochure the hotel caters for weddings.) This meant however that the View restaurant was not available that night and also the main pool area was cleared of all sunbeds on that day to set out chairs etc for the ceremony. The main pool area was then out of bounds from 2pm. It's a matter of choice but why anyone would want to get married surrounded by other half naked people lying round on sunbeds I don't know. Obviously the Danish couple thought the photos with the beautiful view in the background made up for it. The wedding and reception took place followed by the disco in the View restaurant until late on. I think if other paying guests had been screaming and shouting like the wedding party the hotel would have done something about it. I know weddings are big busines for hotels but at the expense of inconveniencing paying guests? Overall a pleasant stay at the Diamond helped by the fact we met some other fantastic guests while we were there.

Outstanding hotel, service, staff, cleaning and good👌 The surroundings are magnificent and the sea is beautiful. Visit Filakas boat rental to rent a boat, you will not regret. Sivota is the perfect holiday location and we will definitely come back.

Positives: Big private pool with a wonderful view to the sea, cleanliness, food, good service with a good attitude, the bags transport to the bus pick-up point when leaving, possibility to add purchases to the room bill, possibility to place orders in the room as well. Negative: On arrival, bags are not picked up from the bus drop-off point.

Very nice hotel, with good rooms and great service from all the staff. Pool area is formidable, with a great view of the Bay. Good food in the restaurant, and great drinks at the pool, pool and bar had great People serving us.❤️🇩🇰 It was a super stay, with lots of feel good experience.
