Amantes Villas and Suites

A seccludded hotel with the friendliest and best staff where every single one of them was just so lovely, helpful and giving the best service. Lot of privcacy as well at the hotel with its own lovely private beach. Will definately come back next year! 10/10 from me :)

We had an unforgettable stay at Amantes Villas and Suites in May 2024. The perfect base for a relaxing stay and/or exploring Chalkidiki. The rooms were clean and modern and offered a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere with a super comfy bed and large bathroom. The highlight was the wooden platform in the sea, perfect for relaxing, and we also appreciated the well-equipped open gym for maintaining fitness routines. Breakfast was varied and we had two delicious dinners in the onsite restaurant. On-site parking is free in the hotel's own parking lot. The staff were fantastic - super friendly, always helpful and willing to give us tips on local attractions which enhanced our experience. Amantes Villas and Suites exceeded our expectations, thanks to the incredible team, and is therefore highly recommended for a perfect vacation!

Wonderful, modern, comfortable complex between the villages of Metamorphosis and Nikiti, on the way to the second peninsula of Chalkidiki- Sithonia. The property is simply gorgeous. Modern rooms and villas, set on a wooded cliff overlooking the sea. The property has access to its own little beach, with very comfortable chairs and sun beds on a floating platform. Isolated beach. Calm, quiet, serene. Big pool also available, and a workout area. Cozy seating areas with stunning views of the sea for a drink, coffee, or just to chill and listen to the waves. I had the two-bedroom villa, which is very spacious and comfortable. You get your own patio and a little pools, plus views of the communal pool and the sea beyond. The property serves breakfast, but also has a proper restaurant for snacks and dinners. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. A total unexpected surprise. High quality food in a relatively remote setting. No dish was bad. In fact, we dined three nights in a row and quality was consistent. The fresh sauces were wonderful. The deserts were of such amazing quality. The fish and sea food absolutely fresh and delicious. Compliments to the chef. A limited, but good selection of wines. Wonderful staff. Great service. They are exceptionally polite and helpful. Even if something went wrong, it was immediately corrected. A very good crew. Place was clean spotless. It was the perfect, restful vacation I needed. The place exceeded expectations on all levels. Will return. Food and drink Exceptional, high quality restaurant serving snacks and dinner. Elevated greek food with fresh ingredients. Sea food and fish were exceptionally fresh, delicious and very well prepared-- the lemon sauces stood out and really made a difference. The came the deserts! Must try the tiramisu and the so-called cheese cake. Both light-sweet, well balanced. Treat yourself

Best family trip for years! Amantes Villas are something different. There is nothing close in North Greece, which can compare to the quality of this place. We stayed in one of the villas - two floor luxury property. Huge living room and kitchen on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Let start with the rooms on the second floor - small but cozy rooms, absolutely great beds/mattresses. The linens and the pillows are 5* quality. Each room has a full blinds and mosquito nets together with personal AC's. The main bathroom is also on the 2nd floor - the biggest bathroom in Halkidiki :) Spacious and comfortable. Big mirror and huge countertop. We were 3 adults and 3 kids and for a second we didn't feel that this bathroom would be not enough for us. A lot of amenities from a premium cosmetic brand (attached are pictures). 1st floor – spacious living room, large sofa, kitchen space and bar space with coffee machine (Nespresso) and cocktail space, huge fridge with minibar options, lots of space for all kind of stuff – food, cutlery, drinks etc. One of the best things in the living room was the Marshall Home Audio System!!! Great addition to the place. Outside the villa you have large yard with home pool. Dare to say that the pool was cleaned twice a day, which is quite impressive. In this relation – the whole villa was cleaned once a day, which is a 5* service. The housekeepers were super kind and helpful, needless to say that the cleanness of the space was top notch! The common areas include huge pool with the main restaurant on the side. The staff the restaurant was amazing – big shout out to Stavros, he made our stay flawless. There is included breakfast on the restaurant with great selection of buffet options. Best part is that the breakfast is until 11:00 a.m.! Beach was small and cozy with a pontoon full of sun beds and sun umbrellas. Absolutely gorgeous – quiet and comfortable! Overall service from the staff was at a high level. The Resort Manager Lucia was absolutely helpful with all our requests – everything was provided on time and with precision. Big thanks to Lucia! Here are some tips for everyone, planning to visit the place – there is a private parking lot, with sun protection, which is right next to the property. So traveling with a car is a safe option! There are villas and suites on the property – strongly recommend the villas – in particular villa 103 – this is the only villa which has an olive tree in the yard, which gives additional shadow and sun protection during the day, not to mention how beautiful this tree is! If you are planning to have a lunch or dinner at the restaurant, make sure you order a little in advance – the restaurant is small and need little more time for preparation, so don’t push the team, but be proactive and order in advance. If you are travelling with small kids, it is wiser to use more often the pool rather the sea beach, as there are lots of stairs to the beach, which can be a nightmare with sma

After a tour in whole Greece and seeing many places and hotels I sadly have to make my 1st review and say that even thought this property is well designed the operating procedures are really unprofessional. The days I spent there it made me feel like there is no one that knows how a hotel operating and this is a responsibility of the hotel and operating manager which I’m pretty sure they do not have as I never met someone that seem to have a managerial role,except of some youngsters in the service that even thought they don’t know basic restaurant skills, they seem very friendly and trying their best.Therefore the rooms were nice and clean. Overall they surely need someone to lead them because it is really sad to have such a magnificent property but poor knowledge and management.
