Very convenient not convenient location for check-in, 1 hour from the train station and then the way back is 30 minutes, also far from Sitges, from the center you need to walk 30 minutes to the hotel

Nice apartment, just renovated, near the beach. Kitchen and bathroom OK. Parking on the street. Everything was OK.

Servizio scadente e ladri! Attenzione quando vi chiedono la carta di credito come garanzia perche' vi ritrovate con i soldi prelevati con le scuse piu' assurde! Sono dei ladri legalizzati! A me hanno prelevato €150 dalla carta inventando che avevo un cane in camera!!! Senza nessuna testimonianza reale! Un vero furto denunciato alla polizia! Sconsigliato vivamente!

These thieves tried to cheat me out of $1200 by refusing to cancel my reservation 45 minutes after it was made. The location of the rooms is a half a mile from what is listed online. The “reception” is another half mile away. Do not stay here! Do not book this place!

This apartment was huge. Newly renovated. Two balconies. Two fairly big negatives. The check in is ridiculous! It is a mile away from the apartments. I couldn’t find a cab so had to walk there with my bags. Secondly, check out is at 10am. Every other hotel I’ve stayed in is at 12pm. The only negatives about the accommodation itself is that my apartment didn’t have a washing machine and it is about a 15 minute walk into the town centre.

This complex is badly managed and I am writing this as a warning to other potential guests. The positive is that the apartments have been renovated so appear great in the photos. Unfortunately that is where it ends. On arrival the floors were filthy and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. Only a table on the balcony so chairs from inside had to be used. It is advertised as air conditioned which technically is correct, however it is set at the lowest temp of 18 and has little power so the apartment was too hot for us. We complained and maintenance was sent (after 2 calls) but he couldn’t change it. The block had no hot water for 3 days but no update or explanation was given. The garden and pool area was not kept clean or tidy and I reported dirty towels and filled bins 3 times to Reception which had been left for 4 days. Gardeners came to cut the grass (not remove litter or empty bins) at 11am on 2 occasions within our week and asked us to move our beds, the leaf blower and mower were unbearably loud and guests had to endure this for 2 hours. I asked Reception why it wasn’t done earlier in the day but they said that it was a private company who can turn up at any time. Apartments only get cleaned every 7 days and no clean towels provided. . As other reviews have explained, keys need collecting from their sister hotel, a long walk or taxi ride away. As there is no Reception or any staff on site this complex feels unloved and forgotten . I rarely write reviews but felt compelled on this occasion. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. We feel so disappointed with our stay and it has ruined our holiday.

Pleasantly surprised with this lovely spacious apartment, great value for money,modern, comfortable and fantastic location. Only negatives are 4pm check in and 10am check out (half the day is gone). No oven in the kitchen and very cold

Los departamentos están muy bien, super limpios y cuidados. Todos dan al jardín y pileta. Son una muy buena opción para ir de vacaciones. Solo dos cosas a saber: el complejo acepta niñxs lo que genera mucho ruido en los horarios de descanso ya que lógicamente se divierten en la piscina y otra cosa es que el apartamento tiene sensor de movimiento el cual si no capta movimiento cada 5 minutos corta la energía lo que incomodísimo mientras miras la tv o por la noche ya que apaga todo el sistema dejándote sin aire acondicionado por la noche.

Proche de la plage, 15mns a pied du centre, apart refait à neuf et agréable a vivre. Petits détails malins, bonne literie. Par contre, cuisine sous équipée pour séjour une semaine. Et si pas mieux entretenu, l'état va se deteriorer rapidement : poignee de porte fragile, mitigeur douche qui tombe.. Ménage fait à l'arrivée. Femmes de chambre super sympas. Piscine très agréable. Manque transats et/ou cassés. Comme pas de réception sur place, nous avons cru déceler des regroupements amicaux ou familiaux espagnols à la piscine. Et dans ce cas, difficile d'y rester pour lire ou tremper un orteil :( En gros bon séjour à prix correct à sitges dans cette résidence.

Vraiment parfait, l'appartement est à 1 minute de la plage et à peine 15 minutes du centre de Sitges qui est magnifique. L'appartement a été refait à neuf et est très bien agencé, nombreux rangements, salle de bains nickel, vue sur la mer et le jardin, on s'y sent très bien. Nous regrettons ne pas y être restés plus de 2 nuits, mais le prix étant très élevé, nous n'aurions pas pu faire beaucoup plus. En lisant les anciens commentaires, je comprends que la réception se trouvait plus loin avant. J'ai reçu un message quelques jours avant notre arrivée nous informant que la réception a déménagé. Je ne peux pas comparer avec avant mais je confirme que nous n'avons eu aucun souci, elle se trouve dans le même quartier et on peut rejoindre l'appartement très facilement. La location de vélos est incluse et c'est vraiment génial. La ballade le long de la plage est très agrèable. La piscine est très bien entretenue et pas surpeuplée, c'est très agréable. Il est vrai que le soir au moment du diner c'est assez bruyant sur les balcons mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour. Nous reviendrons!

Todo estaba yendo bien hasta que e olvidado u Objeto ( y no me lo an devuelto cuando lo e dejado no lo recomiendo tengan cuidado con sus pertenencias por que con migo se an lavado las manos usen las cámaras que ahí podrán ver que no llevo mi objeto
