It was good close to the big street.

Отель хороший, персонал дружелюбный, владелец внимательный и отзывчивый, помогал по всем вопросам. Местоположение не очень понравилось, до главной улицы с магазинами и ресторанами около 20 минут пешком.

konumu istanbul için harika ancak temizlik çok çok vasat. konakladığım en kötü otel olabilir. çarşaflar nevresim sigara kokuyordu, oda temizlenmemişti, odanın içerisinde şofben olduğunu tahmin ettiğimiz kilitli dolap içerisinde duran su ısıtıcı sabah 5 de alarm sesi ile uyandırdı bizi. resepsiyona sorduğumuzda odada parfüm mü sıktınız gibi bir soru ile karşılaştık. diğer odalardan dolayı kokuya duyarlı olabilir de dediler. ertesi sabah sıcak su yoktu.soğuk su ile duş almak zorunda kaldık. o kadar kötü bir deneyimdi ki son gün dayanamayıp ücreti ödemiş olmamıza rağmen otelden erken ayrıldık. aile konaklamasına uygun değil.

Our family stayed here for almost 3 weeks and we felt that this was a perfect place. We stayed before in many different hotels of Istanbul and this one os great because it’s located near the centre but not in the noisy or tourist area. Metro is in 7 minutes walk, bus just 2 minutes, affluent area Of Nisantasi is quite near as well as awesome cafes. The room on 3rd floor was quite good with a nice view on the city, dishwasher, small kitchen with freezer etc. Staff speaks English quite good if you don’t speak turkish and they are very professional.

We stayed for a couple of nights, nice location in a quiet street with plenty of eating options nearby. Staff were very warm and friendly, cleanliness of apartment could have been improved

I stayed in this hotel in May and in June. When I stayed in May. My room was of optional standard but the bathroom was infested with cockroaches. I mean they were everywhere in the toilet. They claimed they called fumigation but throughout my stay I had to kill them everyday. I left thinking I would never ever stay again in this hotel. However fast forward one month I returned. Call me a hypocrite blah blah. They offered me a room which was actually appauling. The room I walked into smelled of smoke ( I had just given up smoking) the bed linens were gritty and dirty ( had to have it changed upon arrival) and there was actually traces of bodily fluids on the walls next to my bed which I only noticed later that night. After I saw this I couldn't sleep. I wanted to vomit thinking about how disgusting the room was. I thought maybe they were taking revenge on me for complaing about the cockroaches from my 1st stay. Also the TV had only one English channel( al jazeera news). The flush also didn't work properly. After 2 days of being moody and so upset about my room I thought I'd better leave. However they transferred me to a better room. This room was much better. The TV worked properly and had English channels with movies and the blankets were clean. There was a decent sized terrace and a kitchenette for usage. The flush worked fine. The main reason why I came back and will probably come back again is because the area is truly wonderful and if you want a hotel/apt vibe then it is suitable. Just be prepared that there are kids here and walls are paper thin and to check rooms before booking or paying upfront like I did. I will return again perhaps with my own future noisy kids as revenge ;) 😉 also if the owner responds with a condasending or rude response ( here is my message in advance) I paid in dollars cash up front. So don't try to make up lies about me. Also I gave an accurate and honest review.

Honestly it was amazing the suites located in a quite area just 50 meters a way from harbiya bas station and 15 min from osmanby metro and everything is close to you such as 2 gym supermarkets such as carrfoor . I would like to thank mr ezaat for his excellent and professional attitude and behavior with us

I booked one night at this property but when I come to the property I was disappointed,the picture were deceiving,I did not even check in , I would not stay even for half the price they asked for.

الفندق جميل ونظيف ومريح جداً و من ناحيه العاملين كانوا لطفاء ومتعاونين واهم شي انهم يتقنون اللغة الانكليزيه هذا ماسهل علينا كثيراً واما الموقع فإنه قريب جداً عن المحلات والاسواق وساعدونا كثيراً حيث كان موعد المغادره الى المطار فجرا بصراحه انصح بهذا الفندق كثيراً
