This is a charming older home located in a central downtown neighborhood. It is a short walk to restaurants and shopping and is also close to outdoor mountain activities. There is parking on the street or in the alley behind the house.Other things to noteThe house is located close to an elementary school. During the school year, the street out front gets busy during morning drop off and afternoon pick up. The train tracks are somewhat close to the house and the train can be heard, as it can from almost everywhere in town.Trash pick up is Wednesday morning so please have your trash out by Tuesday night. Someone will come by to bring it to the curb but if it is not out by Wednesday morning please put it out.Dogs up to 30 pounds with a limit of two are allowed for a $25 fee per pet per stay.
