Hi-Lo Motel, Cafe and RV Park

Staff is excellent at this place and the place smells clean the moment you walk into the room. Jason in the front desk went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. Thank you to him for ALL of his help!!!

Great place to stay over night. The staff was kind and moved us to another room a little farther off the busy road so it would be a little quieter. Bed was clean and comfy. We slept good and then had a wonderful breakfast in the morning at the cafe. We would stay here again.

Slim pickings in the area so I suppose some will resort to this location like I was, but be prepared. The whole property is very dated. The rooms are dank with a stale smell that would need a total remodel to probably rid it. There was only one light bulb out of the 4 in the cramped small bathroom, with a fan as loud as a jet engine and the sink clogged. Honestly, I didn't dare use the shower - I sanitized everything before touching. The pillows were disgusting and so misshapen, it barely resembled a pillow. I literally put a towel over it due to the visible "stains" on the actual pillow that could be seen through the thin pillow case. ICK But it is quiet, I was exhausted so grateful to have a place to crash. Best advice, don't pay more than $75 be grateful for what it is, privacy with a roof and toilet and bed. IF you can bring your OWN pillow, I wish I Had! P.S. the diner is perfectly fine! :)

The staff was very helpful. Toilet didn't flush properly. Direct TV didn't work at first, but staff fixed right away.

Friendly awesome employees, beautiful view of Mount Shasta from my room, nice cafe attached and a free coffee coupon with the room. Top notch

Another great day! Highly recommend if you’re on the road and wanted better place to stay then till six! And a very nice… And they are right across the street from a coffee shop and right next-door to the restaurant! Everything is always wonderful when we stay

The nostalgia of the motel and diner won me over. The only negative I would say was the carpet in the room needed to be cleaned and the room could have used a spray of air freshener/neutralizer. But I would definitely visit again.

Very disappointed. This place used to be to be really great to stay. The price is good, location is good and has restaurants within walking distance. But, the maid service is terrible, if any! I had to go to the front desk twice to get clean towels after working all day and finding my room had not been touched. The new owners are really letting this place go! Probably won’t stay here anymore.
