Siamo stati qui 2 settimane con mio marito. Dall'accoglienza calorosa al servizio eccellente non posso davvero criticare l'hotel in nessun dettaglio. Pulizia impeccabile in tutti i locali, bella posizione per esplorare Creta orientale e personale molto cordiale. Torno subito.

Opinione mista... L'hotel è diviso in due parti. Da un lato il boutique hotel angela suite e dall'altro i monolocali e l'appartamento Angela. Eravamo dalla parte degli studi, va bene, niente di più... Stanza senz'anima, mobili limitati a un letto, un tavolo e due sedie. E' presente anche un angolo cottura. Una TV con 4 canali stranieri. La pulizia è stata fatta dopo 4 giorni e perché l'abbiamo richiesta. Niente più buffet per via del covid quindi servizio al tavolo. Il personale non è abituato a servire al tavolo, è un ******... e il servizio è sollecito. Peccato perché il cibo è molto buono, è ben cucinato. Una bella piscina e un ambiente molto piacevole. Nessun parcheggio privato presso l'hotel ma terreno sterrato nelle vicinanze per il parcheggio. Un'impressione generale un po' contrastante...

We have just returned from a fantastic 10 days here. The apartments and hotel are amazing. We stayed in an apartment but it included breakfast which was superb every day. The room was cleaned and made up with fresh towels every day ( we’re usually campers so this was sheer luxury!) It’s a short walk into the beautiful village with lots of lovely restaurants and of course amazing evening sunsets! Thank you to all the staff !

Have used Angela Suites studio apartments for many years now. Just across the road from the Hotel and have never had any problems. Hotel staff are top notch, from reception, bar staff, breakfast team right through to the smiling cleaning team and a good job they do too. Great pool area, always clean and tidy with ample sun beds, good choice at breakfast of hot and cold options. What makes the place very good are the very helpful and friendly staff, big shout out to Manos, star man! Have tried other hotels in Sissi on our many visits but after using The Angela that was it, they are stuck with us. Will be returning very soon.

Just back from a fabulous stay at Angela Studio apartments. The staff were fantastic so friendly and willing to please and made our stay so enjoyable. The studio was spotlessly clean with fresh towels and linen everyday, the room was spacious with everything we required. We stayed half board breakfast had a large variety and the five course evening meal was always beautifully cooked and presented, with fish, meat or vegetarian option as the main course. The pool area was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel and the landscaping all added to a totally relaxing experience. We have already booked for next year which is something we have never done before and we can't wait to get back there. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so fabulous. Julie and Mike xx

Lovely and relaxing all members of staff were very nice and helpful. Apartment was lovely and clean and the food was really very good !!! Especially the evening meal menus, five courses of taste and presentation, definitely wonderful. The soups were amazing!!!!
