Quello che cerco sempre in un hotel è un letto comodo. E questo è un hotel con un letto comodo e molte piumini morbide. Nel lobby si serve una bevanda benvenuta, il tè di ginger freddo è molto fresco e si serve un asciugamano freddo per il vostro riso, e nella stanza hanno anche pane fresco che viene dato ai loro ospiti. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente, la posizione è anche bella, ci sono molte opzioni da mangiare.

Preparetevi a far sì che le vostre aspettative siano distrutte e i vostri standard siano elevati perché l'Hotel Robertson è in una lega di sé. Questo posto non è solo un hotel, è un'oasi di mente disgustosa dove il lusso e l'eleganza fanno un tango senza difetti. During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

This is a no frills hotel that gives you value for what you pay for, but what makes it shine and excel beyond its competitors is the quality of service. I was assisted by Junna to change our room after we discovered stains and a shoe print on the covers. Junna went the extra mile and personally inspected the new room we were to be assigned before giving us the new key card. That level of dedication to hygiene and guest comfort by a front office staff member is very rare nowadays. When we went to the cafe that evening for coffee and desserts, we enjoyed marvelous service from Joseph and Lito. They were very warm, and anticipated our every need. Again, that is something that makes this hotel shine. For breakfast, again, we enjoyed great service from Jonathan. There is only one downside. The breakfast area assigned to us was a tiny, humid and warm veranda. The interior designer didn't think to put fans or insect screens in that outdoor area. Jonathan brought in the staff fan from their own area just to try to keep us cool in the tropical heat. Staff initiative is really there, but space planning was lacking. Luckily we had breakfast and checked out early because that veranda would not be a great place to be at when all the other guests show up for breakfast. Their team really made our stay memorable. I hope management has a good talent retention programme because good hotels are a dime a dozen in that region and top service is their only real USP.

Lobby splendido e accoglienza calda dal personale Le procedure di check-in e check-out si sono svolte molto facilmente Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli e offrono una bella vista libera Il ristorante dispone di una mappa variabile e buoni piatti fatti a casa Per quanto riguarda i punti negativi da migliorare: - problemi di servizio al ristorante (piatti che arrivano freddo o caldo) - presenza di alcuni forni per colazione sui condimenti - piccola piscina piacevole ma non supervisata (la presenza di molti bambini che urlano perturbando la tranquillità del luogo) - lavori nella camera sotto alle 7 del mattino, non degno per un hotel di questa qualità - hotel leggermente eccentrico nonostante questi difetti rilevati, L’hotel rimane probabilmente uno dei migliori della città e io ritornerò con piacere
