Questo posto è ben messo insieme e mantenuto. E' lontano dal ”ideale marchio” delle Towneplace Suites, e sembra essere un hotel più vecchio che solo (se questo) soddisfa poco le esigenze di Marriott per gettare il nome del marchio su di esso. Le letti e il bagno erano puliti, ma i mobili della camera da letto erano disgustosi e chiaramente non erano stati puliti. La nostra suite da 2 camere è stata annunciata per avere un ufficio, che non ha fatto. Il manager dell'hotel ha detto che la tavola da cucina è il nostro ufficio, anche se i dettagli della camera li hanno specificati come 2 cose separate. Vedi le foto. La porta del bagno si aprì direttamente nel cortile della doccia e sotto il tappeto, e il riflusso della doccia fu bloccato verso la fine del nostro soggiorno, e il dischietto del circuito per il lavastoviglie fu aperto ogni volta che fu eseguito. Il manager dell'hotel sembrava più interessato a rinunciare/invalidare immediatamente le mie preoccupazioni, piuttosto che a risolverle o addirittura a ascoltarle. Ha ammesso che non avrebbe alcuna risoluzione reale per la stanza senza un scrivania, e ha mostrato poca preoccupazione per la listatura della stanza sbagliata, invece semplicemente chiedendomi “La stanza sembra un posto per un scrivania?”. Molto poco professionale, e la mia interazione con lei è una delle principali ragioni per questa bassa valutazione, che ha avuto l'opportunità di farla un'esperienza migliore, anche con un atteggiamento più professionale e attento, durante il nostro breve discorso. Se il proprietario dell'hotel sta leggendo questo recensione, consiglierei di considerare un nuovo manager generale. Questa persona non rappresenta il vostro hotel altrimenti “potenzialmente ok”, lasciando un'impressione inutilmente negativa con i vostri ospiti. Non mi consiglierei di rimanere qui.
