This is my second time staying at Sonesta Maho. I stayed here right before the pandemic started and I had an enjoyable stay. This time however was not it. Housekeeping was very laxed in servicing the rooms. I encountered that other guests were experiencing the same. Housekeeping would either not service the rooms or take an extremely long time to tend to them. If they did manage to service the room, it was not full service: no fresh towels, no new toiletries like soap or tissue, etc. Then to add insult to injury, the pool towel desk has a supervisor who is very rude and caters to Caucasian guests. After this stay, I will not return to Sonesta Maho.
