One of my most favourite hotel. Love the room, location, fast check-in, everything❤️ It is on a higher price range, but definitely worth it. Recommended!

Love everything about the room! Except we got a connecting room and soundproofing from the door was bad. Like that the bed faces the window so we could enjoy the view right from the comfort of the bed. Sofa is comfortable. Also love the bathroom! Gold lounge: good service. Excellent view. Strict with dress code. Evening canapes is average. Drinks, especially cocktails can be better. Breakfast was great! Lesser selection than Prego but it has the popular food which I happened to take when I went Prego. Much lesser crowd than Prego Prego breakfast: good. Do go before 8am for lesser crowd

It pays to get a higher category room type instead of the usual entry level room. The experience is a whole lot different. A spacious room with an unblocked view does wonders for the soul.

The view was so nice. And food was so nice. I have a lot fun I will book again for staycation again!!

The hotel is located in the City Hall. It is easy to travel around with the public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend this hotel.

Had a birthday surprise staycay at Fairmont and it was such a lovely experience. Everything was wonderful kudos to counter staff Bernice who went the extra mile for our requests. Definitely a go-to for our annual celebration!

Stay here for the second time. Clean and spacious room. The location is perfect for us, which is easy to take a taxi and because it is near the city hall station, an interchange station, we can easily reach most of the spots. Swimming pool is above average. Breakfast is yummy with many choices but may have to queue. Raffles City just underneath, which you can find supermarket, watsons, 7-11, variety of restaurants, bakery etc.

The room is very spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were also very welcoming. The lighting in the room was perfect as the bathroom has automatic sensor night lights. The view was also good as you could see MBS. The location is also very convenient as it is next to a Raffles city mall and City Hall station. Would recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Singapore.

Fairmont Hotel has the perfect combination of ideal location, connectivity, stunning views, excellent service and wonderful staff. I’d stay there again any day!

Clean hotel, nice staff, mall downstairs, also mrt just right downstairs. Recommended

Ease of check in, just show up at lobby, present my check in voucher and I was able to get the room keys in less than 5minutes. The room was very spacious and the amenities is in clean condition. The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep almost immediately. With the hotel, just above the mall, getting last minute NYE shopping was also a breeze. We will definitely return to stay again.

Had a fabulous stayed at Fairmont Singapore! The room was spacious, elegantly design, clean & neat. It offered a breathtaking harbour view & the panorama of the city’s skyline. . The hotel location is great as linked to Raffles City Shopping Mall & walking distance to City Hall MRT Station. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!

The salon king suite that I have booked was very spacious compared to similar suites at other hotels at the same price point. Location is good as it is nearby to a few malls, service is good, and cleanliness was on point as well. As expected of a 5-star hotel.
