Il bagno puzzava terribilmente di fogna e il personale ci ha messo un purificatore d'aria da tenere acceso sempre. Il problema è che questo era parecchio rumoroso e anche chiudendo la porta si sentiva rumore e la qualità del sonno non è stata per niente buona. Il purificatore comunque ha risolto poco perchè, specialmente di notte e nonostante la porta del bagno chiusa, la puzza si sentiva. Inoltre abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte di sostituire le lenzuola perchè erano macchiate. Gli asciugamani erano usurati e talvolta bucati. L'alternativa era essere spostati in un altro hotel di categoria superiore della stessa proprietà pagando circa 500 € di differenza. Ci è sembrato poco corretto in quanto il problema è stato causato da loro. La struttura ha un serio bisogno di ristrutturazione, le foto proposte non sono veritiere allo stato attuale. Peccato perchè erano i nostri ultimi 5 giorni di luna di miele.

Having stayed in a number of hotels during my trips to Singapore, these Serviced Suites still remain my top choice. Conveniently located near local attractions and an MRT (Bugis) you are surrounded by many cafes/restaurants. What does set these apartments apart from other accommodation options are its staff. Everyone was always friendly and helpful! A huge thank you to Cindy, Tyas, Oscar, Dayana and Aiman! You all made my stay a very welcoming and memorable one! Will gladly choose to stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location, close to public transport and many superb restaurants and cafes, as well as being close to the attractions. However, some of the MRT line was under repair and so we had to use alternative transport often. There were 2 convenience stores within minutes of the hotel. The view from the room was excellent, looking over the Marina bay, giving us a view of brilliant sunrises and sunsets. The housekeeping were attentive and helpful. The front desk staff were also extremely helpful. We need to give a special mention to Tyas, at the front desk. She was very welcoming and delivered a birthday cake personally to our room for our daughter. The hotel provided a superb cake for my daughter which catered to her specific dietary requirements, making our stay even more memorable. The pool and facilities were also great. The hotel also had an in-house spa. The lady was really attentive to all our needs. The apartment was more than big enough for our family of 4 and had a well equipped kitchen, we were even provided with laundry detergent for the washing machine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The service suite is well located in the heart of Singapore. Easily walkable to mrt stations, popular tourist attractions like bugis, haji lane, golden mile and sports hub. The building might look old from the outside, but the rooms are well furnished. Most importantly, Park Royal has an excellent team in their front desk and housekeeping team who make you feel at home. Would definitely stay again in future.

Good location and lovely breakfast. The swimming pool is with good view and friendly for kids. And the most importantly, the staff here is very kind and professional. Enjoyed a nice stay here and would love to recommend it to family and friends.

I recently relocated to Singapore for work and had the pleasure of staying at ParkRoyal Serviced Suites for just over a month while awaiting my permanent accommodation. My experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel and its facilities were impeccably clean, boasting great amenities like a sizable pool and a well-equipped gym. My serviced apartment was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a beautiful view of Singapore. The staff, including Cindy, Aiman, and Oscar at the front desk, were delightful, incredibly helpful, and accommodating. Special kudos to the kind and helpful housekeeping staff, with Rashida being the sweetest! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Singapore.

Awesome stay If anyone had to choose a place to stay this will be it. Friendly staff, clean facility has all that you need . They are Always helpful when asking for anything too. No regrets. Good air conditioning too in this hot weather
