酒店離MRT（地鐵）需要步行7~8分鐘；房間雖然有點小，但乾濕絕對分離、各功能齊全，特別是洗澡水很大；房間衞生乾淨，酒店對面過一條馬路就是克拉克碼頭，可以天橋過去，飲用水不夠也可以向前台要；電源插頭用國內的2項插頭沒問題，不需要轉換；前台在3層，早餐廳在1層，裡外二大間，早餐品種不算多，種類還算齊全，品質還可以；游泳池不錯，標準的長方形，健身房裡設備不多，但夠用，洗澡、更衣有點簡陋......缺點是價格貴，真貴，下次再訂需要特別關注價格的變動。

我們訂的池畔房房間可直達泳池，泳池環境優美，酒店職員很有心又有禮貌，只是房間略嫌有點窄及燈光不足，其他方面都滿意，早餐亦多選擇，很好！

The toilet had a bad sewage smell. The gym was also very smelly. We are for ice and wine glasses and it was chargeable. Very bad service. Wouldn't come back again

During check-in, we were served by a staff, Charley. She looked unhappy and after telling us that the check-out time is 11am, we requested if we could have a late check-out. She became very rude gave us a late check-out at 12pm only.
On the corridor towards the rooms, has a heavy paint smell.
There’s no floor skirting in the showers, the water flow out and went out to the bathroom and even the carpet. Basin was stuck. Towel in the room was smelly as well.
A lot of small flies/ bug in the room.
TV controller is super oily sticky and mouldy, cannot really work and seems Iike they didn’t change it for Years.
Blood stain on carpet.
The housekeeping Aunty is extremely helpful and kind.

Located is between Clark Quay and Chinatown . Clark Quay MRT station just across the hotel after 200 meters walk. So many restaurants around Clark quay area pubs and bars closes at the wee hour in the morning when u want to grab a food at late night. At Chinatown pointe u can taste hawker style meal and just price supermarket is at basement 2. The hotel reception staff are super friendly namely Ms Angel, Gracial and Bonnie. The downside is the super soft bed which I prefer firmer mattress. I love the bay window sofa where u can relax after a day walk. The room at the 5th floor is a bit old. Need to refurbish for a better stay. Actually the rooms at the second flr was newly renovated already. Buffet breakfast is good plenty of spread. I love the nasi lemak rice , truffle porridge and wild mushroom.

Locatuon of this hotel is fabulous! It is within a short walk to two subway stations, Chinatown n many malls n food centres. It is also directly across Clark Quay where the nightlife is colourful n interesting. Also walkable would be the Marina Bay area so you can save money on transport.
The room is of decent size for what we paid. It is rather basic but clean and the aircon works well. The swimming pool is of good size n most inviting in Singapore's tropical weather. The gym is large but we didnt go. We didnt try the restaurants in the hotel as there are many food options outside.
All said, this hotel offers good value n is highly recommended. 'Better' hotels are just not worth paying for and 'cheaper' hotels hv smaller rooms n may not be so well-located.
Service is good. From the efficient reception who handled our check-in during the peak period to the enthusiastic bellboys.
