Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road, Singapore

I've been looking for staycation places with space to host friends and I've just wondered what took me so long to consider serviced suites. Pan Pac's room layout and view outside (Premium Suite) suited my needs to a T and even my guest commented that she would consider it next. The reasonable price point helped too! The bed and pillows were comfortable and the toilet was clean, though I thought the bowl was a little too close to the wall on the side. But bate your breath, the toiletries provided are Balmain. Quality stuff! The well-equipped kitchen helped with hosting and compared to hotel suites, the options were so much more! Just a pity there is no microwave oven. The living area was right-sized though I thought a TV with screen mirroring function with be great. Moving out the of room, the rooftop lap pool has an amazing view of the sea and had quite sufficient deck chairs to go around. Good for lazing around. The locale around the hotel has a mind boggling array of food options across prize points so one does not have to worry about going hungry. Even in the wee hours of the night, there is a 7-11 just across the driveway. Good! Finally, just want to get it off my chest that the suite was not ready despite me arriving 2h after the usual 3pm check-in. Normally that would be fine but I had my guests with me and we all had to wait. That said, kudos to the friendly stuff for trying to explain the situation and immediately offering me a 3pm late check-out the next day. All in all, I look forward to be back.

Not a place that u will come again for staycay. Can’t have proper breakfast, only takeaway. The takeaway breakfast is really bad. Even my parents also can’t take it.

Its like second home to me. I think veen staying here for more than 8 times! Hahahahah! See you again!

Check in was a long wait. Reached the hotel at 3pm, only got called by the concierge to register at 315pm. Was told that room was ready and that staff was on its way up to check the room. Why did it have to be checked again if room was ready? Waited another 45 mins before I was given the key to access the room. A total of 1 hour worth of wait just for check-in. Shower head was leaking. Room however was neat and tidy.

First time trying out ppssbr, overall good. Received welcome hamper upon arrival. Reached around 1pm for registeration and room is only ready at 2.30pm. Received care pack which was placed in the room. Room is spacious, like a home. Feel like a house with all the cooking needs like pots, pans, microvewave/ oven and etc. Most item come in pairs even utensils. Twin single bed is not as comfy as king size, cause the single seems like smaller than usual. Booking of gyms and pool is pretty easy. Book pool early because high demand (each slot only 8 pax for now). Free carpack coupon, can get from counter. Checking out was super fast 👍. Recommended if you have big group gathering, cause there is a living room area.

First stay at a service suite was really impressed. Had a free upgrade and was a steal with the 1 for 1 promo. The amount of facilities and amenities was well worth the money , and truly enjoyed the feels of having a mini home! Living room, bedroom, toilet, kitchen , washing machine / dryer etc! I HAD AN AWESOME ROOM VIEW over looking Marina reservoir in the distance,being able to see Singapore Flyer and gbtb and it was a nice skyline! The rooftop swimming pool was the highlight and the view was stunning, well worth waking up early to catch the sunrise! All in all, an awesome staycay and would love to come again!

The location is great.. many good food around.. especially beach road.. BUT, there was a super strong bad smell upon entering the unit. (Room 1108) It could be from the carpet.. the carpet was sticky. Room was dusty.There was some blood on the blanket.. and we only saw it just before checkout🤦‍♀️. The scotchtape used previously was not removed.. not sure how long its been there for.. very very disappointing staycation. We only managed to check in at almost 4pm!!! We requested for late check out bt they only allowed us to checkout latest by 12.30pm😔. Will not reccommend this hotel to anyone. Pool view was amazing though..

Great stay! Gotten an upgrade to premium. Love the room. It is clean and spacious especially with kids. Very nice view of the city. Pool is good too. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Only one minor issue, check in time took a while even thou we reach kinda early. With 3 young energetic excited kids.. can be.. quite challenging.. but overall we loove it. Will come back for staycay again
