Not a bad place but my bed had bedbugs and I got bitten all over my shoulder and back. I would have checked out early, but they offered to move my roim and guaranteed me the new room didnt have them. Everything was goid wxcept the bath room showers had black mold growing all between the tiles. I spent 2 hours cleaning these tiles for them. On my last day, Agent Siti came in and said I had to move back to the iriginal room. I said no way because all they did was remove the mattress. They did not clean steam nor spray the rest of the room. They did not remove tje other guests nor tell them the room had bugs. She was nuce about it and said she would mive me to a different room upstairs. I asked her to give me a few minutes as I was finishing an importanr email. One minute later, an arrogant and rude male Agent, opened the bedroom door and told me he was refunding my money and to leave. We had an argument where he insulted me in many ways and stated he did not ask me to clean anything and I shouldn't have done it. So I left. I would have probably stayed if the nicer woman Agent had shown me tbe upstairs room. The place was not great, so other than the inconvenience and time wasted moving, it was no hreat loss.

Reception is very very helpful, change bed to lower one for us. Thanks for that . Cozy n quite place.. Chinatown is just few min away and opposite have some good hawker food n also china town mrt is nearby.

There are very good location Hostel in China Town clean and tidy.The staff is very nice service mind and warm welcome.

Easy to find, near Chinatown MRT station

Booked for someone else to stay. Basic dorm for a night sleepover. Good location.

環境：旅社位置就在牛車水核心區位，出行及餐飲都方便，門牌不起眼，跟着導航走會錯過，最後是來回走了兩遍，跟着門牌號找到的。 衞生：我住的八位女生連通衞浴間，無窗，算是一個比較獨立的套間，還是挺方便與安全的，衞生及洗澡間也衞生整潔，地上不存在積水。洗澡間有提供沐浴露，洗髮露需要自己另外準備，看到吹風機在房間門外的座位上擺着。 服務：旅舍大門及房間都設有電子門禁。前台不是24小時服務，一定要留意入住與退房的辦理時間哦。臨街靠窗，特別闢有一個方廳，用作內部社交，對於談事、聊天、打電腦很實用。 短期住，挺方便實惠的，再久些，自己洗曬衣服似乎不方便，還不習慣使用洗衣服務。
