Service was top notch due to
1) fast seamless check-in/out(less than 10mins) and breakfast serving(less than 10mins)
2) room call to check whether everything is ok
3) front desk seems knowledgeable when asking for transportation and food option around as it is 10mins ride away from vivo city and 5 mins ride away from sentosa attraction
Facility was not overcrowded which has gym, swimming pool and arcade.
I will recommend this hotel if you are looking for a getaway from the city and love hotel with balcony facing waterfront.
+ Hotel room is limited which covers 1 floor only hence you can be sure of exclusivity and lesser crowd.

The room was cosy snd view was nice but the cleaniness of the hotel is not that clean. The Nespresso machine was not clean and used caplsules was not thrown and there a lot of dirt on the bathtub.
The service of the Latitude restaurant that we had our breakfast was not efficient and not attentive. Waitied for quite long for the staff to notice us until I had to stand up
and pass then our order.
Hopefully they can improve it.

位置其實很偏，但環境確實不錯，，看遊艇，吹海風，。附近還有超市便利店🏪，疫情期間早餐衹提供套餐，，味道也是不錯。。如果要去環球影城，不建議選這間，有些遠，，

Awesome experience staying at this hotel for one night, first time staying. It feels great! We enjoyed our breakfast at the restaurant Latitute, and the drinks served with free-flow style. The hotel staff gave free chocolates because of my birthday. I felt very warm. The hotel check in is a bit slow, but overall it is still very satisfactory. Great 👍🏼 Will visit again

The room is pretty big with a very big bathroom that comes with a separate shower area a bathtub. A big glass separates the bathroom and the room which you can easily cover with curtain. There’s even a TV in front of the bathtub for your to relax in the water. Overall it’s a pretty comfortable room. I booked a Hillview room but end up I can only face the main entrance of the road which doesn’t comes with any greenery. Location wise it’s pretty isolated on its own but there’s a Quayside Isle located about 100m away that have many restaurants, a 7/11 and Cold Storage. They provide buses to bring you around the Sentosa island and also you can harbour front/ Vivo City. It’s a place more for relax and chill in the room and area without any shopping or amenities to look out for.

Very spacious room and good hotel room amenities. Love the Nespresso machine. Would be nice if there's replacement capsules and tea bags the next day when they made the room. There's a 7-11 and Cold Storage and the best location for the Speedboat Southern Island cruise meeting point. There's two good restaurants here and near to other restaurants. A nice getaway for staycay.

Amazing marina view and cosy room. Love the bathtub with TV. The bed and the pillow was comfortable and spacious room. Good for couple to chill with nice restaurants within walking distance.
